Located right in the heart of the Shijo commercial district! The front desk staff on the first floor were genuinely handsome and incredibly patient! It's quite rare to see such handsome Japanese men!

And then there's the hotel's rooftop bar! It's truly fantastic and has an incredible 'wow' factor. Imagine sitting there with a drink, soaking your feet, and gazing out at the Kyoto cityscape – you can even spot Kiyomizu Temple, Ninen-zaka, and overlook the Kamo River. It's absolutely wonderful.

The hotel's onsen bath is also incredibly relaxing! I wholeheartedly recommend it – you absolutely won't be disappointed!

However, the rooms are a bit on the small side.

I specifically chose the annex which features an indoor hot spring bath, and the off-season rate was excellent. If you don't mind public baths, the main building next door is also a good option. However, the annex has its own dedicated elevator and private access. For subway arrivals, it's best to navigate directly to 'Kongting Terrace,' as directing to the annex itself might lead you to a back entrance. The minibar is restocked daily with an impressive variety of items. A nice perk for annex guests is that no drink vouchers are required for the terrace. The hotel's location is superb, situated right in the Shijo area, directly opposite Takashimaya. For exploring attractions, taking a bus from Shijo is by far the most convenient option. Overall, it's an ideal hotel for a relaxing getaway.

A family-friendly apartment-style hotel, perfect for family trips. The room features a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, and is equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. Our room was on the 2nd floor, facing the main road, so it was a bit noisy at night. Getting around was quite convenient, with both bus stops and subway stations nearby. Highly recommended for families.

京都四條河原町，【四條大橋】和【四條商業街】交界處，下樓就是【阪急河原町站】和【鴨川】過橋【京阪祇園四條站】。相信來過京都的朋友已經不用我多説這個位置的無敵之處。
	
🛏️房型及大小：
這家酒店的16間房間全部都是50+平米的超大房間（P3-P4），每個房型都是3張1.4m的大床。一共有標準50平、高級54平、豪華54平、套房58平，四種房型。

除了通常酒店的基本配置。
還有6人座大餐桌、冰箱、電磁爐+油煙機、微波爐、鍋碗瓢盆、餐具、烘乾功能洗衣機、免費咖啡機+製冰機（酒店1樓）P3-P11

🔴目前暑期3人入住的價格在1900-3200（日本酒店根據人頭算，增加人數會稍微增加費用）
3-6人的人均價格在400-1000（人越多越便宜嘛）
🔵我們這次可能是碰上了有客人臨時取消預訂，入住前一天晚上以1500的價格與訂了3人入住。

旺季人均500在京都四條！想都不敢想，而且又新又大。購物逛街吃飯都是直接下口就可以了，體驗大🈵足。
原本想再續一晚可是全部訂滿了。真的會是下次來京都的首選！

Its location is definitely the biggest highlight. As soon as you exit the Nankai Line, the hotel is right across the street. There are also several eateries nearby for quick meals, including a Burger King right on the street corner outside the hotel.

It's a five-minute walk to the Takashimaya shopping district, making shopping incredibly convenient. The service was excellent, very warm and accommodating. The front desk staff were also able to communicate in English.

The hotel breakfast was very good, offering both Japanese and Western options. Although the dining area was small, there was a good variety of food. It was exquisite and delicious; we were thoroughly impressed.

The biggest downside was the hotel room. In the triple room, the third 'bed' was a mattress directly on the floor. The room was really small, just big enough to sleep in. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which is a plus for cleanliness. However, the bathroom had a traditional Japanese setup, with a small stool and mirror for showering, which some guests might find unfamiliar.

Overall, this hotel is a high-value choice for families visiting Osaka, especially among hotels under 1500 that include breakfast.

It's easy to get to Shinsaibashi by subway. There was a Chinese-speaking lady named Matsuda in the afternoon. She was very friendly and there was no problem with communication during check-in. You can choose a small gift on the day of check-in, and there are afternoon tea and evening snacks. The room I booked was small, so I paid for the upgrade.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We went with two kids and we all loved the spacious and cozy hotel room with a stunning view of the sea at the balcony. The food is great - we enjoyed Shabu shabu at our room as well as the breakfast buffet. Thank you to all staff and I’ll consider booking this hotel again next time to Okinawa.
