I had already checked reviews on Ctrip before booking. We selected this hotel for its convenience, as we were taking our baby to Cui Yutao Pediatric Clinic. I had initially assumed that, being an older hotel, the service and facilities would be fairly standard. However, to my pleasant surprise, our stay was far better than I expected! The staff at the Chinese restaurant, particularly a young woman, was incredibly warm and attentive, and the ambiance was wonderful. It was a truly excellent stay, and I would absolutely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the location was perfect, situated in a vibrant part of the city that made it easy to explore everything. Whether you’re looking for shopping, dining, or attractions, everything is just a short walk away. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of amenities that made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The common areas were well-maintained, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

My room was another highlight of the stay. It was spacious, modern, and well-designed with all the comforts I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a minibar and a smart TV. I loved the attention to detail, from the sleek furniture to the high-quality toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Cleanliness was a priority, and it showed throughout the hotel. My room was spotless when I checked in and was maintained perfectly throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the public spaces were just as immaculate.

Breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. The spread was diverse, with something for everyone—fresh fruit, a variety of pastries, hot dishes, and delicious coffee. It was clear that quality ingredients were used, and everything was prepared with care.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Great location, excellent facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and delicious breakfast—everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From The front desk, concierge to housekeeping and the restaurant, we received exceptional service from the staff. The hotel is well kept and very clean. The room is spacious and quiet. Will definitely stay again next time visiting Beijing.

Affordable prices, a pleasant environment, and numerous hot spring pools are why we return every year. This visit brought a mix of pleasant surprises and some disappointments.

The hot spring section, in particular, delivered exceptional service. Attendant Han Xuejuan noticed me sitting and proactively offered a fresh, dry towel and a bottle of water. Another male attendant also came around with a tray, offering complimentary tea. Attendant Wang Fang checked in with guests, asked for feedback on our experience, and even gave a small gift to my child, who was absolutely delighted.

However, the dining service within the hot spring area was quite disappointing. We arrived at 4:40 PM and were told ordering would only begin at 5:00 PM, so we had to wait. We ordered two rice bowls (donburi style) and a bowl of noodles. As my child was nearly done with her beef rice, she pointed out a hair in my bowl—a very thin, small one. Given we were almost finished, I didn't see the point in complaining, and honestly, even when cooking at home, such things can happen, so I decided to overlook it.

What's more, the bowl of noodles still hadn't arrived after more than 40 minutes. When I inquired, they said a large pot of water hadn't boiled yet. There was no prior warning when we ordered that preparing it would take over 40 minutes due to the need to boil such a large pot of water. My child was already hungry and restless, which was incredibly frustrating.

I was seriously considering giving a low rating for the dining experience, but the outstanding service from the hot spring staff deeply impressed me. Ultimately, I decided to let it go; a little mutual understanding goes a long way.

Environment: It is very convenient to get to the hotel after getting off the highway. The road is wide and the entrance to the basement is clearly marked, but the parking space in the basement is a bit narrow.
Facilities: The courtyard and the building are all clean and bright. There is also a pool of water in the courtyard, which is good for digestion after a meal. The restaurant has a wide variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western staples are good, the noodle stall and the bread counter are always producing, and the watermelon and orange are also very sweet. The facilities in the fitness department also look quite new. There is a small swimming pool, a small gym and a billiard table. It is good to do a little exercise after dinner. There are also quite a lot of people. There are still quite a lot of people at 9 o'clock in the evening, and there is no strict closing time. By the way, the only thing that I feel is not very good is that the bed is a bit hard and the pillow is a bit too soft. It is not very comfortable to sleep during pregnancy.
Service: From the basement guide to the front desk, the restaurant service staff and the ladies in the fitness department are very enthusiastic. The ladies in the fitness department will take the initiative to help maintain order when children come to watch playing billiards. It is very considerate.
Hygiene: The beds and bathroom in the room are very clean and safe to use.

Choosing this hotel for my trip was an absolute delight. From the moment I checked in until I departed, I experienced meticulous care and top-notch service that completely exceeded my expectations. A full five-star rating is the only way to express my satisfaction!

First and foremost, I must commend the hotel's front desk team. From the very second I arrived, their professional and warm demeanor set the tone for a wonderful experience. During check-in, the staff were not only efficient but also patiently introduced all the hotel's facilities and provided excellent local sightseeing tips. They even thoughtfully upgraded my room based on my needs. Their gentle smiles and detailed answers to all my questions made me feel incredibly welcome in an unfamiliar city.

The hotel's breakfast was another fantastic surprise, completely breaking my stereotype of ”generic hotel breakfasts.” The variety was extensive: authentic Chinese congee, buns, and noodles; fresh and delicious Western breads, bacon, and fried eggs. There were even live cooking stations for wontons and pancakes, where chefs would adjust seasonings to personal taste. Paired with fresh fruit, freshly ground coffee, and a wide array of beverages, everyone could find something they loved. Starting each day with such a delightful meal truly uplifted my spirits.

What impressed me most was the hotel's swimming pool. The water was crystal clear, and the poolside area was impeccably clean and elegantly designed, complete with ample loungers and towels. They even thoughtfully included a shallow children's area, catering to guests of all ages. Swimming here in the evening, watching the sunset glow through the windows, and enjoying the cool water made all the day's fatigue melt away instantly. The experience was truly on par with a professional swimming center.

Beyond that, every single staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism. The housekeeping team carefully arranged my belongings and replenished toiletries as needed. Restaurant staff promptly cleared tables and proactively asked if I needed drink refills. The bell staff at the entrance were quick to offer assistance when they saw guests with heavy luggage. It's these warm, thoughtful details that made the entire stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant.

Regarding the hotel's environment and facilities, the overall decor is stylish yet understated. Public areas are spotless, and the abundance of greenery creates a natural, relaxing atmosphere without any sense of confinement. My room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep free from outside noise. The bathroom facilities were well-equipped and modern, with a stable hot water supply and high-quality toiletries – truly showcasing their attention to detail.

This stay left me with an overwhelmingly positive impression of the hotel. Whether it was the service, dining, facilities, or environment, everything was impeccable. If I ever return to this city, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again without hesitation, and I will enthusiastically recommend it to any friends planning a trip!

Facilities: The facilities are indeed a bit older compared to a few years ago, but overall still good. Our two-bedroom villa was perfect for a family with children; our little one had a blast.
Cleanliness: It was okay.
Environment: The private pool area in the villa complex was very nice, with good privacy, making it perfect for family trips. It's also great for taking photos! 
Service: The service was quite good, and the shuttle bus was always available on call. However, getting to the beach isn't as convenient as being able to walk there, but that's a personal choice. Our butler, Xinxin, provided excellent service, thank you!
Overall, if you're not completely unconcerned about your budget, it's hard to get the best of both worlds, especially during peak holiday seasons in Yalong Bay. This type of villa with a private pool is really suitable for families. Kids can jump into the water as soon as they wake up, and it's also perfect for older family members or women who might be a bit shy in public pools or concerned about hygiene! We'll definitely come back, haha.

During the Qingming Festival, I booked 2 rooms at Vijing for 2 nights. On the morning of the day I returned to Shanghai, my husband's mobile phone was missing. At this time, the car had already driven to Jingjiang before I found it. The key point was that I didn't know where the mobile phone was lost. Holding a glimmer of hope, I quickly called the number of the lost mobile phone. A sweet female voice said, ”I am the front desk of Vijing. Your mobile phone was left in the room.” The hearts of the people in the car were finally put down. The front desk lady added WeChat very responsibly, and the mobile phone was delivered to my home in Shanghai the next morning. Now it's hard to move without a mobile phone. It's really a blessing. I like the hotel's efficient service. The hotel room facilities are relatively new, the hygiene is also good, the bedding is comfortable, and the supply of purified water and paper towels is sufficient every day. Except that the geographical location is a bit remote and not in the city, everything else is very good and worth recommending. (The hotel is in Gaogang District, with few commercial facilities around it. It is about 20 kilometers to Hailing District in the city, and it is very convenient to drive by yourself)

I brought my elders to Jiangyan to visit relatives and booked this hotel. It should be the best hotel in Jiangyan at present. The hotel was newly opened last year. It has a Chinese style and the landscaping is also carefully designed. There is a road behind the hotel that leads directly to the Wanzhu Garden next to it over a bridge. The room is fully equipped with TOTO bathroom and smart toilet. The hardware is pretty good, and there are welcome fruits. The breakfast is standard. It is worth mentioning that the small wontons and dried shredded vegetables at the noodle stall are very delicious, and the service is also quite satisfactory! If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again next time!
