Loved it from the first stay! This hotel completely made my trip wonderful~

I originally booked it randomly, but it turned out to be amazing! As soon as I arrived at the entrance, a staff member proactively opened the door and helped with my luggage. The front desk staff were all smiles throughout the check-in process and even thoughtfully reminded me about the operating hours of the nearby night market. The service attitude here is truly impeccable!

I spent an unforgettable holiday at this Kailai Resort Hotel by the Taihu Lake. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the beauty here.
The front desk staff is really enthusiastic. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, they showed meticulous care. The warm greetings and patient answers made me feel the warmth of home instantly. When checking in, Xiao Chen helped me to check in by myself very quickly without waiting. The first mate knew that I was very sleepy after catching the plane, so he prepared a cup of coffee for me intimately, and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions in detail, which made me look forward to this trip. When checking out, they were also patient and meticulous, asking about my stay experience, and took the initiative to provide some travel suggestions, which made me feel the sincere care of this hotel for guests.
I am very satisfied with the layout and facilities of the guest rooms. Especially the fan with my name on it is very meaningful. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, and every detail reveals exquisiteness and care. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the beautiful view of Taihu Lake outside the window adds a lot to the room. When you wake up in the morning and open the curtains, you can see the sparkling lake, which makes you feel relaxed and happy.
The breakfast is also good, especially the roasted sweet potato, which is very soft and sweet.
In short, I am very satisfied with this trip to the Gloria Resort Hotel. Whether it is the attentive service of the front desk, the careful layout of the guest rooms, or the rich breakfast, I feel the high quality of this hotel and its attentive service to guests. Next time I come to Suzhou Taihu for vacation, I will definitely choose here again!
