I frequently stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The room facilities and hotel service are both excellent. However, there's ongoing road construction right outside, which might slightly affect the environment. The hotel is ideal for those traveling by car, as it's a bit far from the subway station.

The rooms were absolutely enormous, truly living up to its name as a suite hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the city center, but there's a fantastic large supermarket nearby that has everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is €20 per person. Parking is complimentary, and you use your room key card for entry and exit.

Happy, the aesthetics of the room great, they called us to the room to ask if everything was okay and we had arrived easily as soon as we arrived. That is appreciated.

The hotel is very good, located on the outskirts of Madrid, surrounded by high-end residential areas, as well as large parks and golf ⛳ courses. The bar and restaurant in the lobby are good, the rooms are large and comfortable, with a balcony.

We had children with us, so we checked in in advance, which was very user-friendly ~ The location is great, very close to various attractions, and there are supermarkets and restaurants around! The hotel's breakfast in the morning is a plus, there are so many fruits! All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel. If I come to Madrid next time, I will definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel reception staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel is renovated and clean and in a perfect location. However, the room service is charged and they don't provide still water in the rooms, the fees of the water is very expensive in comparison to supermarkets.

The hotel is excellent! The room is tidy, neat and comfortable; same as those pics on the apps advertisement, the front desk guy is friendly and energetic, our flight was too early on morning, we paid for early check in, the process was clear. People there are all nice and smiley. Everything is considered, they offer welcome drinks/ good umbrellas ready for rainy days.. the location is very good too, 2blocks away fm those famous and nice bunch/ dinner spots;3blocks away fm casa Batllo, walking distances to those famous shopping brands, we walked to La ramble easily, compared to other similar price hotel in Barcelona, this is one of the best, we will definitely put this in our first choice for next time to Barcelona.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the bay, with a bus at the door and a sea view. The front desk was very friendly and gave me a room with a sea view. The hotel room comes with toiletries and disposable slippers, so you don't need to prepare them yourself.

To be honest, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. What stood out to me the most was the excellent service. I initially thought it would be like a 200-300 RMB budget hotel you'd find in China, but the front desk lady was exceptionally kind. I could communicate with her using very simple English, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is also very convenient; my room even had a slight view of the Sagrada Familia, which is just a few minutes' walk away. A taxi to the beach was only 8 euros. The only slight drawback was the hotel breakfast; it wasn't very good and probably not suited for Chinese tastes.

This hotel is the best hotel in our trip to Spain and Portugal. The room is so big, the high-rise view is very open, clean and comfortable!
