It was my first time visiting, and it was super nice. Almost everyone was polite...I enjoy my stay, and I will be back again. It is fully recommended.. Thank you

The Spa and Wellness Center was very clean and enjoyable, offering a great variety of relaxing amenities and an excellent gym.

Unfortunately, the room was not prepared properly. The duvet cover was not fitted correctly over the blanket, and some bathroom essentials like toothpaste and toothbrushes were missing. It felt as though the room had been cleaned and prepared in a rush. Additionally, the furnishings and room installations were outdated and lacked modern features.

Another issue was the staff’s lack of commitment to providing good service. Many employees did not use English in a professional manner. However, I do not believe the staff was unfriendly; it seemed more like an organizational problem affecting the level of service.

Overall, I enjoyed my one-night stay, spending most of the time in the Spa and Wellness Center. The location is also very convenient, with the Hilltown Mall right next to the hotel and easy access to Sabiha Gökçen Airport via Metro/Taxi.
In my opinion, the price of the stay did not match the expected quality.

Excellent Stay at Elite World Taksim!
I had a wonderful experience at Elite World Taksim Hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again!

The main reason for booking this hotel is that it is close to the bus to the airport and convenient.
It is also close to Taksim Square, just a few minutes' walk away.

Hygiene: relatively clean
Value for money: OK
Wi-Fi: stable after connecting, but the process of connecting to Wi-Fi is more complicated than ever, and you need to take your passport with you.
Room size: The room is very large, with a single bed in addition to a large bed.
Soundproofing: OK
Room facilities: The facilities are relatively simple, with only table lamps and a floor lamp in the room. The bathtub in the bathroom is very high, which is not very friendly to guests with inconvenient feet. The whole room is very hot, the air conditioner cannot be turned on, and the quilt is also very thick.
Bed: relatively soft
Service: The attitude is OK

We were staying on the 5th floor a non smoking room/level and people smoke all the time, we complained several times the best they can offer is move you to another room
Rooms and corridors smell bad from sewage, we complained, they came and sprayed something to lessen the bad smell, but it didn’t work well.
Lighting system inside the room need an update for sure.
The staff is pleasant and helpful but the hotel is old 
and renovation.

The concierge person is very helpful, he tried to offer a good rate.

We are very satisfied with this apartment with full services similar to a 4 stars hotel; daily cleaning, generous breakfast and an all day coffee and tea lounge. We stayed in a 50 sqm comfort room with sea view on the 6th floor, the Bosporus view from our room is far better than the view from the Four Seasons Hotel across the street and costs 10 times less. Our host at the apartment , whom I forgot to ask his name, was very kind and care to answer to any need we have. The only drawback is that the apartment is not accessible by car. We have to walk 100m up an easy stair. The front staff is ready to help us with our luggage to and from the street level. We are impressed with all the staff at the apartment, front office and at breakfast. Location is also very convenience, bus stop in 100m, restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distant.

The hotel was in the centre as a location cleaning order ***meat was good, but we left the car clean and was dirty without a closed parking side. The minibar products in the rooms were too expensive for outside. The air conditioning was either not working or not in the bathroom. I don't know if we didn't tell them that, they wouldn't be interested in it. It was a good breakfast.

The hotel is on the top of the hill, so the view to the Kusadasi bay is amazing. It is 7 minutes walk to the city center where there is all restaurants, bars and shops are located. Going back to hotel you need to walk up the hill, a liitle sports required, but its not so bad. There is a Migros convenient store nearby the hotel which is open till 23:00.. Also nearby shops for small food and drinks. You can also enter the sea from Kusadasi centet beach, which is 10 minites away from hotel.
