The location is fantastic, right on Xihua Road, Guangzhou's famous food street, and very close to the subway station. It's convenient for getting anywhere, and there are plenty of options for dining and shopping. Plus, Liuhua Lake Park is nearby, perfect for a stroll. The hotel's AC was nice and cool, and the bed was really comfortable, so I slept very well.

A very nice hotel with friendly staffs support throughout the day. The rooms are clean, big, and equiped with high technologies that facilitate the stays. Highly recommended for all sorts of travellers to stay. It also have washing machines service for free for long stay traveller that needs to wash their clothes.
Overall a very pleasant stay in this hotel, will stay again for the next visit.

ECHIC is the perfect hotel to stay in at Guangzhou! It is just strategically located at 天河, walking distance to a lot of malls like 天河城, food streets and metro - actually everything you may need!

More importantly, the service is top-notch and excellent! I was served by Mr 张荣洪 during check-in and he was super attentive to all my needs/ requests. Even offered to help guests with their laundry for free and I really appreciated it! There is 24 hours concierge service via WeChat and I am indeed impressed by how fast the response was. There is also robot service to the rooms.

Room was super clean, nice and definitely beds extremely cosy, so much so that you will snuck right into it and get a good quality sleep in seconds! 

Forget about getting breakfast out of the hotel because they serve delicious breakfast here! Local food in yet another cosy environment at the same floor as the hotel lobby. Everything is just so convenient.

All in all, the hotel staff placed customers’ needs as first priority and that really made me enjoyed my stay here. Kudos to the staff (especially Mr Zhang) because I will really want to stay here again the next time I’m here! 

Loved the experience!

The hotel room was cozy and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. I really liked the modern touch: an AI assistant that helps you switch off/on the lights at night and even notifies you when your food delivery has arrived at your doorstep. Such a smart and convenient feature!

Once you step into the hotel lobby, you’re greeted by a soothing tea-scented fragrance — it instantly makes you feel calm and refreshed. The shower and toilet were separated, which made the layout more practical and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and overall, the room had a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere — perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The staff were polite and helpful and I appreciated that the hotel can assist in receiving Taobao parcels ”a thoughtful convenience for guests who shop online.”

The only small downside is that the hotel isn’t directly next to a metro station, about a 7–10 minute walk away. But on the bright side, there’s a super delicious dim sum restaurant right beside the hotel. Highly recommend going early — the queue forms fast!

I truly enjoyed my stay here at this hotel as I usually rate cleanliness as my main priority. The bedsheets and towels are clean without stains and I like hotels where the flooring is not carpeted. The location is superb,  less than 2 mins walk to shibaiqiao station. The toilet flushing system is very good too, and the housekeeping staff ensures that the daily toiletries are provided. If you need to do your laundry , the washing machine automatically adds the detergent and fabric softener hence, saves you the hassle of having to pack your own detergent. There are 2 lifts currently on maintenance and upgrading, so only one lift is available,therefore be prepared for the waiting time. However, the work in progress is expected to be completed by end of this week so it would not be an issue for guests who intend to stay in the following months. The front counter staff did pre-empt us in advance on this but it didn't affect us as there was hardly noise. Despite some waiting time for the lift, I would still rate this hotel overall as excellent for the location, convenience and cleanliness!

I initially booked a 4-night stay at this hotel when traveling to Guangzhou from Saudi Arabia for the first time, thinking I might explore other options after a few days. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!

From the moment I arrived, the environment was welcoming and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, and they assigned me a room exactly as per my request. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the neatness and cleanliness of the entire hotel. The location was also fantastic – very convenient for exploring Guangzhou.

What really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. I ended up extending my stay for another 7 days due to how much I was enjoying my time here, and eventually, I extended it even further to stay until November 1st – turning my original 4-night stay into 16 days!

A special shout-out to the front desk staff for their professionalism and kindness, and a huge thank you to Ms. Beif and Ms. He Hongchun, who made my stay even more memorable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made me feel at home.

Highly recommend this newly opened hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently answering all our questions and making us feel genuinely welcome. For a family like ours visiting Chimelong with kids, its convenient location was an absolute godsend, saving us so much time and effort getting to and from the park. It's the perfect accommodation choice for a family trip, earning a well-deserved five-star rating!

My parents and I spent three days planning our trip to Guangzhou. We looked at many hotels and had a tough time deciding between the Rainbow Bridge and Changshou Subway Station branches, but we eventually chose this one. It completely exceeded our expectations! We had booked a double room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us for free. It was my parents' first time staying in a hotel, and they found it very comfortable and pleasant.

**Cleanliness:** The hygiene was impeccable; everything was kept spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff would always cheerfully ask if we needed our room cleaned daily and would even strike up a polite conversation.

**Location:** We later discovered, after walking around a bit, that the hotel is situated within the Yongqing Fang scenic area. Right downstairs, there are plenty of local snacks, fresh fruit vendors, and even a supermarket, making it incredibly convenient.

**Service:** A special shout-out to the front desk staff! They were incredibly polite, always greeting us warmly when we left and returned, and spoke in such a gentle manner.

Choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision, and I will definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Guangzhou!

The hotel's location is excellent; the subway entrance is right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room is small but clean, and the front desk staff are all very friendly. A suggestion: please change the air freshener in the hotel lobby on the first floor; the scent is really overpowering and unpleasant!

**Extended Stay with Breakfast:** Breakfast was included and it was very clean.

**Service:** I called customer service to ask for some hangers, and they were brought to me very quickly!

1st trip to Guangzhou, and glad that had booked Yizhi Hotel (located near Chenjiaci). Although is located at the old town, location is very convenient, walking distance (approx 20mins) to上下九 ，陈家祠, and few shopping malls, convenient stores, local eateries nearby. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast menu is quite standardised, but all are good and sufficient. The parcels pickup service provided by hotel is also a plus point. As we visited GZ during summer, weather was challenging, the hotel air conditioning is superb to keep us cool whenever we were back with sweaty and heaty body. 小度room AI control system is impressive and fun. Overall, i will recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends for their trip as it's very family friendly, although there is only 1 lift in the hotel, but not a big issue as only 9 floors in total. There is a Spa and Ear Cleaning service but i didnt have the time to try it out during my short stays, but I'll return.

The Easy Comfort Hotel Luohu is situated in the vibrant Luohu commercial district. Its location is incredibly convenient, with the metro station just a 5-minute walk away, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure travel. The hotel's overall design is minimalist and modern. The lobby is bright and spotless, creating an excellent first impression. Rooms are a good size with a thoughtful layout and comfortable bedding. Some higher-floor rooms even offer scenic city views. The bathroom facilities are quite new, and the wet/dry separation design is highly practical. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, responding promptly to requests. The surrounding area boasts excellent amenities, with a wide array of dining options, convenience stores, and supermarkets. Several shopping malls are also within walking distance.

The hotel's close to Shenzhen East Station makes it an ideal location to spend a night if you want to change at Buji Station.  The breakfast is very local, and the room is nice and clean.  A reasonable rating would be 10/10 for the local small hotel band, overall price, and service, despite the limited food choices.

well! The room we booked was particularly clean and tidy, the sheets and bedding were with a faint fragrance and there was no smell at all. The layout of the room is very reasonable, the space is more spacious than expected, the lighting is also very good, the facilities are nothing to say, the air conditioning and cooling are very powerful, the hot water supply is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, the TV program is rich, the WiFi signal is also super strong, and there is no pressure to brush the video and office. What surprised me most was the hotel's breakfast. The variety was particularly rich, with Chinese and Western styles. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was great. I had a meal every morning and I was full of vitality all day.
