The front desk team was great, Mr Nandu processed the check in with ease and was very courteous, another front desk team member also assisted efficiently for a query i had.

The hotel is very basic for the price being charged, no basic amenities in room, bathroom i am not sure maybe ventillation issue or what had a suffocating feeling

The high price charged does not do justice to the type of rooms as furniture is dated with stains etc, other hotels offer better options in similar price

The other guests were very loud and could hear them in room and also in corridors while taking lift, some people were talking so loud at 3am that could not sleep

Very nice clean hotel that’s surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. I just wish they raised the shower door by a few inches since the water keeps seeping out into the bathroom. Other than that, I literally have no complaints. Great stay.

The bed was queen size which was the only but a big disappointment. 
The bathrooms are very small. Better to carry own toiletries. The provide body wash n shampoo as same! No conditioner.
Everyone and everything else was perfect.

Nice place with a perfect location near the metro station and shopping mall. if you faced any problem or difficulties, it is enough to ask about Mr. Ahmed (the manager of the night staff) he is always available at the reception and he is so helpful and friendly man.

Not bad at all, we had a good time. The food was delicious. Staff helped, but you have to ask twice.

Good experience, vibrant environment and decent hotel, great location strategic right in the heart of city centre with a shopping mall opposite you can cross the road. Another mall closed by, close to the corniche. For amenities such as toothpaste and slippers you need to request for it from the reception.
