This review concerns ADINA hotel located in Hackescher Markt
Nothing to complain about, everything was very good.
The room is spacious and clean. Possible to have breakfast and even dinner in the room.
The staff is great

The apartment is a hotel with good facilities, basically a side dish facilities, and the rooms are spacious. Hotel location is good, you can walk to the train station, a very good hotel.

Excellent location for a city break in Berlin - you are at the Alex in 5 minutes and in the evening you can relax and eat in one of the many restaurants at Hackescher Markt.
The staff was very friendly. Distance rules due to Corona were observed, but the cleanliness in the room disappointed me. The sign with everything that was supposedly disinfected, which was hung on the door every day, could have been saved.
Under the table were still chocolate sprinkles from the previous one. The hair dryer, which according to the sign was wiped daily, had a layer of dust on it. The dishes that I had washed were put back in the closet by the cleaning service every day, including things that I had not washed yet, which I then cleared out of the closet in the evenings. The sockets in the bathroom were so moldy that I didn't plug in any plugs. I found the previously described missing joints in the shower to be the slightest problem. The toilet seat and the trash can were also broken. The safe didn't work either.


Good stay with location close to central station. Cafes and supermarkets nearby, transport is just kins away from hotel. Hotel provides hand soap/body/shampoo . Theres a mini kitchen, with kettle provided. Theres also washing machine and dryer within hotel which requires seperate payment via app. Theres also a car park underneath which also requires payment at the machine before exiting. Always nice to stay here after 3 visits.

The staff is nice but the rules of the house might not be very friendly. You need to go to reception for replenishment instead of being sent to your room; and the equipments in the room are not very easy to use. For instance, you cannot lower the temperature of the shower, the screen sharing function of the TV keeps going wrong, the cups prepared for tooth brushing are very dirty. But overall it is a very nice place to stay.

Located right by Queen Street Mall in the CBD, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient with all amenities readily available nearby. However, there was a minor hiccup. Prior to check-in, I had clearly requested a twin room via email, but upon opening the door, I found a king-sized bed. I then had to go back down to the front desk to resolve the issue. They offered to split the king bed into two single beds but mentioned I would need to wait a while. After waiting 20 minutes in the room with no one arriving, I had to call again to follow up. Fortunately, it all worked out in the end. Apart from this, the hotel's other facilities and services were impeccable. I called for two blankets one evening as I felt a bit cold. Being on the 10th floor, my sleep was undisturbed and the surroundings were very quiet.

The hotel is close to the central train station and there are many supermarkets nearby. Because there was a typhoon during our stay, we had to stay an extra night. The cost was very expensive, about AUD 296. If you don't want to move your luggage to another hotel, it's worth it.
There are shopping malls and good restaurants nearby.
This hotel has a very good arrangement, if the room permits, you can check in early. But don't stay in a room close to the road, as there will be a lot of noise.
