"Title: Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible cobwebs and even spiders, which left a very unpleasant feeling. To make matters worse, my children developed rashes during our stay, possibly due to insect bites. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The selection was limited, and when I asked for a clean spoon, the gentleman at breakfast was quite arrogant. He pointed me to two dispensers, one labelled "clean" and the other "dirty." However, the "clean" dispenser also had dirty spoons mixed in. When I pointed this out, he showed no interest in addressing the issue. Given these issues, especially the impact on my children’s health, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was an unpleasant experience overall."

"Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Arriving at hotel we enquired about parking - receptionist didn’t seem to know anything about charges, hotel doesn’t clarify this. Stairs & corridors not cleaned properly, the loo barely flushed, looked for a hairdryer none available. We looked at the breakfast menu which included peanut butter, Nutella, marmalade, range of jams, cornflakes, almond milk, oat drink. There were none of these available. I’m allergic to dairy products & normally at hotels we visit they will provide me with fresh oat, soya or almond for the room as well as in the dining hall. We paid £275 for 2 nights, £10.99 for breakfast - disgraceful! No wonder we were the only couple dining on one morning & with one other couple on the 2nd."
