"Well, after a 30 minutes call with the "reservation department" in Timisoara, where "every important negotiation" takes placs (such a lost of time!), I was expecting to be met by the Communist management in Braila with lees hopitality, which, in fact, actually happened The same poorly preserved 2-3 people elevator, old furniture and "grand"design details since 1979. Like most of the personnel.... The breakfast is almost inexistent and I had the "privilege" to meet the general manager who noticed I dared to offer a cup of coffee from the expressor, during the breakfast hours, to one of my daily guests (yes, we also booked the entire 12th floor for 3 days) and immediatelycalled the waiter to charge it on my room number. Such lack of hospitality I've never seen in (dark) ages, so AVOID THIS LOCATION"

"I booked an apartment for 4 nights in this hotel based on a website information. When we arrived at the hotel, a sleepy and indolent receptionist lady did not say even Welcome. I asked her to send the boy to take the luggage. She replied that they had no one to do it. Meanwhile, another woman who presented herself as the hotel manager joined us. Extremely rudely and impertinent, she said that to carry the luggage is the job of the ..... client in any 4-star hotel (???) (by the way, the room was at the high floor, no ascensor). She continued saying that if I didn't like, to leave the hotel, as she did not care .... I can just imagine which services this 4-star (who gave 4 stars to it?) could offer after somebody would check in and pay in advance for the stay. I strongly caution every potential guest about this hotel. It is the problem of the owner if he wants to keep such personnel. Of course we follow the "kind" advice of the manager, we drove less than 100 m to another hotel, also of 4-star hotel (Casa Popeea), where as soon as we arrived, the boy came and took the suitcases, And all the services in the following days were done with much consideration and respect for a guest."

"Top ranked hotel in Romania with truly suitable facilities for people with disabilities. Ramps and easy access everywhere, generous spaces. Access to the pools is via wide stairs, with railings in the middle. Maybe if they had a smooth entrance to theirlargest water pool, it would have been 100 points. Even so, the comfort is exactly 4*, the possibilities for treatments, spa and relaxation are super cool - including therapeutic mud from the Salt Lake. One downside to the outdoor swimming pool schedule: they close at 7:00 p.m., which seems to be too early for the summer season. A well thought out investment, even if the surroundings in this location do not offer anything special to visit, if you just want to relax, you have everything you need in the touristic complex. Comparable with the Romanian Black Sea options, here it is a better option for those who prefer less crowded, noisy option for short holidays."

Rooms are dated, clean and spacious. In 2024 they were on 6 and now on number 3 of the hotels in Galati, so it is not because they have done something else but because the rest has been displaced.
