行程最熱的一天，入住這家酒店兩晚。第一天非常不滿意，前台印度裔的小姑娘給安排了一間沒有空調的房間，電風扇還是壞的。酒店當晚還有婚禮，一直鬧到晚上1點。我到凌晨2點才睡着。我們房間一直是用一個垃圾桶頂着門透氣。到了快5點我下樓外面比房間裏的空氣新鮮多了。真想露宿外面了。當天早晨前台的Daniallia非常非常專業，瞭解清楚我的超不滿意後給升級了套房，算彌補了。但是還是忘了幫我們把行李送到我們房間，答應了的。這家酒店總體最大的問題是人手不夠。酒吧服務整天就一個人服務，已經工作到焦頭爛額了。這家酒店是歷史名宅，可惜了管理層和owner的種種問題影響了體驗。好在他們有Daiallia的聰慧機智可愛挽回了顏面。我還想提的是他們的園丁Phill，在這個大房子和大公園服務了26年了，和我分享了很多這房子的故事。一位非常友好可親的英國大爺。他也是我將來再會入住的原因。希望酒店管理層能有所改進，人手增加。否則真的是配不上這棟如此美麗的歷史豪宅和無敵大花園的。

"Everyone was polite and helpful. Food was good and tasty but several of the dishes could have been hotter. Reception staff could not do enough to help even down to the loan of an extension lead for my night time breathing machine. I would like to say a special thank you to Helena for her professionalism and her abilities to sort out the most mundane of problems

Me and my wife stayed last weekend as a treat, check in was ok, room nice but very hot, a fan supplied isn’t sufficient, grounds lovely, service was atrocious the poor staff on the bar were over run, no help from the managers felt so sorry for him, bar covered in glasses , continually running out of clean glasses and alcohol, 50 minute to receive our breakfast after ordering in the morning , should be so much beter when your paying a premium price, very disappointed

Left feeling really disappointed after trying to make contact with the venue without success. I’d checked the website for the answers to my questions but couldn’t get enough information, therefore I left several messages with various departments but heard nothing. I’d looked forward to spending time at the property but couldn’t confirm specifics without at least someone at the hotel at least returning my calls. Alas, we cancelled our proposed trip and moved on. After the event, I eventually received a call where I explained that we had missed the event due to not having sufficient information to book. I expect its quite nice there as the photos look good…..

Went to a wedding here had a deluxe room,very small not what I would consider deluxe. On morning of wedding the breakfast was poor many items were barley warm.Was over charged for rooms I booked for family,no one could explain over charge or tell me what discount I had for being part of wedding booking,on morning of wedding I was informed I had been overcharged but no explanation as to why ,refund was given. Many issues on wedding day too many to go into detail about,Hannah Wedding Planner & Jake Operations Manager had no response on wedding day why for example meal was 1.5 hours late.When questioned both were clueless to any issues,very unprofessional and didn't seem to care that major things had gone wrong.Hotel response as been degusting not even an apology.

Went to a family wedding and stayed the Friday and Saturday night. The rooms for clean and spacious and the staff very helpful, when we needed help. The wedding itself was at the hotel and it was done very well from start to finish. It truly was a great weekend.

Gorgeous hotel, really helpful and welcoming staff. We stayed in a really lovely room which had everything we needed. The staff at breakfast and dinner were lovely and the meals were really delicious We had a lovely overnight stay and would recommend to anyone
