Premier Inn Bracknell Central

Superbly attentive staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant. I spend a lot of work time in hotels, particularly Premier Inns. This one stood out. Thank you to the lively bartender/waiter who went out of his way to be friendly and helpful and the hotel receptionist who solved our issue quickly and without issue. (10/1-11/1)

Stayed at this Premier Inn in December 2024 when visiting family in the area. It's on a very busy junction, but there is plenty of parking. Lots of families are staying in a hotel to visit Legoland and Winter Wonderland, so it's busy. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening, which was good. we had a table in a pleasant area with an excellent waiter. Breakfast was a much more chaotic experience. We only had to wait a few minutes for a free table for 2. However, when we sat down, we were surrounded by other tables all piled up with breakfast dishes and leftover food . The lady who took our order was also showing people to tables and was run off her feet . There didn't seem to be anyone clearing and cleaning tables. We were warned about a shortage of some food items, and there were signs in the juice containers advising about alternative juice supplied. Breakfast was OK,and there was plenty to eat, but I prefer a buffet type breakfast at a Premier Inn. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful and the lady cleaning the rooms was cheerful. This Premier Inn needs more staff at breakfast.

Nice clean and spacious hotel room at a good value! Good customer service and easy access to the restaurant. The staff were very friendly in the restaurant too. It was first my time at a premier inn and I was pleasantly surprised! Would happily go back again.

Chose this hotel as it was close to Lapland Uk. Arrived on Monday 23rd December at 5ish. Quick check in and asked if we wanted to book tea in restaurant. Said we would come back if we wanted to. Went up to room ( 70) and was hit with the smell of smoke. I sprayed some deodorant and opened a window. ( hoping the smell would subside) looked at menu and went to book in for tea ( to save going off site) went to the restaurant ( 1st ones in there at 5.40ish. Given a menu which was laminated. I queried the lack of choice and how it wasn't the same as room one. Lady said " we are struggling to get food so close to xmas" fair enough but this should be mentioned when checking in. Left snd went in to town. Returned and asked to move room ( as smell was still bad) Moved quickly to room 73. Much better. Tried to go to sleep at 10 as 9 year old needed sleep after a busy day. 11 until 12 a family below were loud.. I rang reception in the end and receptionist went to check. Wouldn't stay again due to lack of sleep.
