"During our second stay in this hotel we noticed a clear deterioration in its operation. Rust in the shower, empty tissue box, same for the minibar... all this in a superior room. The breakfast is not better: missing product not renewed, poor quality, sad and cold room. We had experienced much better if the fall continues we will have to change hotels!"

"While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber."

"Helpful, attentive, and professional staff. Nice atmosphere. Excellent parking. Nice and clean rooms. Abundant and generous breakfast. Excellent. The extremely unfair and disappointing policy is the request for an extra €25 at check-in (and not specified during the booking process) for the second person's stay, even though I specifically booked (on ***********) a DOUBLE ROOM FOR TWO ADULTS!!!"

"Spent two nights at Locanda dell'Orso Bevitore last week with 4 other couples. Fantastic breakfast, well appointed rooms, and attentive staff. Easy to get to, and a great starting point to head out to the villages of Piemonte for wine tasting and dining. A great stay!"

"We booked a junior suite. When we arrived in the room, a strange odor came from the bathroom. At first, we didn't notice, thinking it was temporary, but then we realized that the strong smell "disappeared" only with the air conditioning on. We had to sleep with this disturbance all night. The next day, the problem was resolved by the reception, receiving a free upgrade to a romantic suite and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine offered by the relais. The S.p.A. The breakfast room was also lovely. The staff was all helpful and kind. A special thanks to Giuliano for his professionalism. Thank you and Happy New Year."
