"Very convenient and good value"

"Experience to be repeated, we had a great time. We purchased a package that included 1 night, entry to the spa and dinner at the Murivecchi tavern also owned by them, to which we also added the tasting. Located near the center of Bra, inside a courtyard: convenient internal parking, it remains close to everything but isolated from the main road. Simple but tastefully furnished room, the idea of ​​putting two "monocles" to see the zizzola and the church from the room is beautiful. The style is a nice mix of modern and ancient elements, we also really liked the three-story spa (including the heated outdoor whirlpool). The tasting was excellent, Davide was very good at explaining the entire production process and the grandmother entertained us with stories and personal episodes, which made the experience even more complete. There must be a reason if they are the seventh generation of wine producers: they know how to do their job and do it properly, plus they have expertly completed their experience with hotels, spas and restaurants. The sweet breakfast was excellent with homemade cakes, jams, croissants and fresh fruit, there was also a corner for a savory breakfast but we didn't try it. To return."

"Wow what a perfect ten that was. Parking, big and fully functional room, big comfortable bed, view, service, breakfast, near to autostrada, surrounding area, vicinity to langhe region all checked. Honestly, what you can dislike about the hotel?... The lack of the non existing balcony? or that your view was not as far as Mont Blanc. Someone must be so prejudiced to find anything wrong...."

"While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber."
