"I specifically chose the Gujinggong Wine Vintage Original Pulp themed hotel based on positive reviews on Ctrip, eagerly anticipating an immersive experience of wine culture and a taste of local delicacies and fine wines. The room rate for this stay was 350 RMB, and dinner cost 297 RMB. The hotel's location is relatively remote with no food delivery options. We arrived at 7:20 PM and headed straight to the restaurant after checking in. Neither the front desk nor the restaurant staff informed us that the kitchen stops serving at 8:30 PM. We started ordering at 7:53 PM. I specifically asked the server about portion sizes, and they replied that the portions were small. So, the three of us ordered four hot dishes and two staple foods. We waited a full 40 minutes, prompting them multiple times, and the dishes didn't start arriving until around 8:33 PM. When the food came, we were shocked to see that all the plates were large, 12-13 inches, with portions far exceeding our expectations. There wasn't enough space on the table, so the plates had to be stacked. Even more unreasonable, we weren't seated at a normal dining table but at a small square table typically used for playing cards in a private room. I understand that staff might feel tired nearing the end of their shift, but not being informed of the closing time in advance didn't give guests any choice, and instead inadvertently increased the workload for the kitchen and service staff. After finally getting our food, we had barely been eating for five minutes, around 8:38 PM, when staff repeatedly came to rush us to pay. Aside from taking orders, serving food, and rushing for payment, we hardly saw any service personnel. We tried to ask for a packet of tissues multiple times, but no one responded. We finally completed payment at 8:52 PM. After paying, several staff members outside the private room were laughing loudly and chatting in the local dialect, and their words vaguely sounded like they were making fun of us. The overall dining experience was very poor. Service issues aside, the food quality was disappointing. After a 40-minute wait, one of the staple foods never arrived, so we only got three steamed buns to go with the four hot dishes. Including accommodation and dining, the total cost was over 600 RMB. I had anticipated a good wine culture themed experience, but the hotel's catering, both in terms of service management and food quality, absolutely did not live up to the price."
