Nice location, food, bed, lemon water

Overall ok hotel. The air filter in the heater was really dirty but otherwise no issues. Pool was nice. Front seat checking was fine.

The hotel smelled musty and the room was not very clean. There were items from a prior guest left in the night stand drawer. The bathroom was not fully cleaned and had a clog in the sink which we had to call for maintenance to rectify. The cleaning policy is “once every 3rd day” according to the policy affixed to the bathroom mirror, but the front desk was convinced that every 4th day was cleaning day. I checked in on a Wednesday, and it’s currently Saturday which is 4 days from check in and they haven’t cleaned my room. When I took a picture of the hotel sticker in the bathroom stating every 3 days, they were confused. I said that 3 days from when I checked in would be Friday, yet they don’t have me down for cleaning until Sunday. When I challenged the 3 days policy they told me that my room would be cleaned today. It’s currently 6:00 pm and my room still isn’t clean and a member of the front desk staff came by to apologize and bring fresh towels. This to me is completely unacceptable for a hospitality business. Additionally, I prepaid for my reservation in full but the hotel charged me an additional fee upon check in. I would most likely not stay at this property again.

A bit of a tired hotel, functional. Served us a purpose for a one night stay but couldn’t stay more than one. Hotel location is ok, near highway and a 6-7 mins drive from the city. Room we had was on a main road and overnight roadworks, even as a member we were told we could not swap - I would’ve thought this would’ve been supported given the situation. Room was dated and in need of a revamp.
