Is this a racist hotel? Due to some schedule problems, I could not arrive at the hotel very early, but I drove as fast as possible on the way from Edinburgh. Most importantly, I called the hotel twice in advance, explaining that I would arrive at 11:30 to check in, and the hotel said that he would wait for my arrival. 1. The hotel is in a very good location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the cruise pier. There are many restaurants nearby, and accommodation and meals are very convenient. The room is large, and there is a living room, which is unexpected, but the living room is next to the bed, next to the street, it is a bit noisy in the morning and evening, especially in the UK where the speed of the car is generally faster, so pay attention. Breakfast is bread, yogurt, cereal, milk, etc. prepared in advance. Some are in the refrigerator and some are in the locker. Don't expect too much.
2. If you come by car, ask the front desk for a parking card. It is 3 pounds per day and has unlimited parking. There are several places to park, which is actually very convenient. When you leave, you can drive in the parking lot first, and when you come back, just leave your keys and parking card at the front desk.

Beautiful clean and well appointed suite. Nice to have a separate lounge area to relax after a day of exploring. The Juliette balcony offers nice views of the lake and during our break somewhere to catch the sun rays. The bed was extremely comfortable with nice quality bed linen. The hosts were there to offer a friendly welcome and assist you with your luggage ,give room info and tips for walks and places to eat and drink in the local area. The also made sure they were around on departure which I thought was a lovely personal touch. Will definitely be back and will recommend the suites to any family or friends who are visiting the beautiful Lakes. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Found this accommodation whilst searching for a last minute 1 night getaway. What a gem it was. Booked direct with the owners which was an easy process and from check in to check out everything was perfect. The owners were there to welcome us at check-in and around when we checked out, assisting us with luggage, parking and showing us around the room. As others have already mentioned I can agree that the personal touches and love for the property is amazing. The owners make their guests feel very special. We had a wonderful stay and can’t think of anything I would change. Howie and Martin have thought of every detail for a luxury self catering break. We will definitely look at Bowness Bay Suites if looking for another romantic getaway.

This was such a perfect stay. Matthew and Howie are the most welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. The suite was perfect. Other than the stunning lake view, there is so much attention to every little detail to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is ideal as well, a short walk to the lake, cafes and shops. I am really looking forward to staying here again.

We had a fantastic four nights at Bowness Bay Suites. There was plenty of space and a lot of extras too. The hosts were very friendly and gave us good advice where to eat and visit. We will be returning. It was also very close to the centre and lake too.
