Every thing all good！Tnx a lot！The breakfast is an absolute delight! A vast array of delicious dishes, from fluffy pastries to savory hot meals. The staff's attentive service made every morning truly special. Highly recommended!

Fabulous 3 night stay. Couldn't find any fault. Clean comfortable room. Slept very well. Excellent breakfast, high quality ingredients. Five minute flat walk to center of bowness. Free onsite parking which is rare in bowness. Very friendly host's. Situated in lovely gardens so very quiet. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in one of the superior rooms. We contacted the owners prior to our stay to ask if we could park up before the check in time as we were arriving a few hours early in the area. They were very accommodating and provided us with check in details. Our room on the first floor was beautifully presented with a large comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Added features were a good sized fridge which we were able to store drinks and sandwiches etc and a large fan that was ideal as the weather was very warm. The house is in a quiet area but within 5 minutes walk of Bowness and ferry piers. There is an outside patio area that can be used in good weather. Breakfast had to be preeordered the evening before and we found it to be delicious, well presented and very good quality ingredients. The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The hosts were lovely and had time to have a chat with us. This is a beautiful guest house and we will definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

We had the most awful experience on check in which became very stressful to us. Without going into any detail it was handled very poorly initially. When the owners realised the issue had been an oversight upon themselves, it has to be said they sorted the predicament out really proffesionally and politely. This is all I need to say about it, as it was dealt with as soon as they could understand what had happenend. So......onto the b and b....it is lovely. The rooms all are great and spacious. The toiletries and set up in the room was good. Comfy beds, lovely furnishings etc....nothing to complain about at all. The brekkies were so nice. The quality of products they used were fantastic and local. Full Englishes were very, very good, one of the best we have had..... The breakfasting room is very comfortable and so well set out, it is great. So.....what would have been a 5 star review has had to be a 3 due to a huge oversight at the beginning....but please let me say, we will stay here again the next time we are in Bowness as the b and b is excellent and so well situated. The hosts were nice people also. It has not put us off from returning. Try it as I am sure you will like it.

Beautiful guesthouse in ideal location Lovely guesthouse with private parking situated just 5 minutes from Bowness centre and lake ferry point etc. Spotlessly clean with very comfortable super king bed (superior room). Nicely furnished. Added bonus was a good sized fridge and large fan which we needed as there was a heatwave. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to park up prior to check-in in as we arrived a little early. Will definitely be returning!!

Amazing place... We had an amazing stay. It was our 28th wedding anniversary. It was very clean and very comfortable. My wife is gluten free and they catered for her which was very good. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Thank you 😊
