不知道是不是房間給錯了，因為一共訂了兩個房間，那個房間沒有房了所以訂了這個房間，訂房間時上面標註的是1.8的床，進去以後發現床衹有一米五左右，而且房間非常小，搞得很尷尬，另一個房間很好，忘記拍照了

很一般，不值這個價格，沒有歡迎香檳，其他遊客有，快4000的房價，房間有蜘蛛，沒有瓶裝水，問前台要。送水需要15鎊，房間沒有抽紙，不要入住，還臨街，開窗很吵，能看到湖的一點

整體房間小的可憐，在英國的酒店還沒遇到這麼小的洗手盆。排名竟然前三，攜程需要好好看看和其他酒店的差距，服務也不好，就是踩雷！提醒大家別太提前在攜程訂房間，房間會貴的多。這家沒有任何特殊的，也沒有湖景，欺騙性極強！

距離温德米爾碼頭這邊非常近，位置不錯，還好定了親子房，小朋友有一間獨立的大床房，還有寫字桌，房間、衞生間都很乾凈，除了牙刷牙膏，其他洗護用品及拖鞋都有提供，酒店還有提供SPA，沒去體驗有點可惜。早餐豐富。

Absolutely amazing stay , as soon as we arrived everything was great and customer service was brilliant . They even upgraded us to a room with a hot tub for my husbands birthday. Spa was lovely and even on the checkout day can use it to 1pm which was a nice bonus. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and so good only had to walk 30 seconds from our room. Will definitely be back to visit again!
