酒店地處一片綠林之中，還有專屬的花園和充足的停車位，走路去鮑內斯碼頭大約需要20幾分鐘（找了五六個停車場都沒找到空車位），酒店內部裝飾不錯，有酒吧餐廳，服務也不錯，唯一的遺憾是我住的房間，既沒有wifi信號，而通信公司的信號也非常微弱時斷時續。

環境：環境非常好，就在湖區內，老式莊園酒店，沒有電梯，行李帶的多需要自行搬運會不太方便。
設施：酒店比較老，房間設施差點。勝在環境好，整體瑕不掩瑜。

最差酒店，沒有之一。這麼貴的房間，小2000元，入住的天井房間，唯一的一間，妥妥的歧視。早餐無比難吃，周圍啥也沒有，需要開車自駕，酒店的晚飯也是最難吃的，還不便宜。非常的失望，酒店前台的胖胖的男士，態度差，孩子還需要額外一天35英鎊費用。退房的時候還要默認的收服務費和湖區管理費，真的是太差了。

酒店門口很漂亮，其實不是酒店，應該屬於民宿。衞生較差，服務態度較差。我是一家人自駕，到達時看到環境心情愉悦，進入前台對着總枱微笑招呼，對方看我一眼不搭理，忙好自己的事情才和我説話，第一次遇到，感覺有點沒禮貌，全程拉臉説話。另外，我定了家庭房，詳情介紹歡迎小童入住，沒用顯示另外收費。但是辦理入住時加收了70英鎊一晚，下次肯定不會再住這家。（床上的彈簧都斷了，躺上去坑坑窪窪，可能皮膚敏感，看到房間不乾淨，就感覺全身發癢）

首先，必須給這家小酒店的設計點贊，非常的具有設計感，在湖區不太臨湖的位置，很靜，花園非常精緻，去附近的湖邊走過去20分鐘左右，也很方便。晚餐要預訂，這邊十點半還沒黑，可以走到鎮中心吃披薩。有免費的停車場，這個真不錯。
