Easy to entertain and stay connected through the stay. On your right will be the living area where there is a giant sectional for your movie nights or naps after the beach! The home has a Smart TV for all your viewing needs. This living space is open to the dining area that has a large table for your meals or game nights! On the other side of the dining area is a bar which is part of the fully loaded kitchen! This kitchen is ready to roll for you and has tons of space for all your cooking needs.To the left of the home you will find the bedrooms. The first bedroom has two beds in it. A queen bed, a twin bed, and trundle underneath are all there with full linens. This room has a Smart TV so you can escape for a bit or have a place for the kids to watch a movie! The Primary bedroom is closer to the back of the home where there is a queen bed and an en suite. This room and bathroom are very spacious. Public sidewalks along E Oak Island Drive make it easy to walk or bike to your favorite spots. Our classic cottage has been recently renovated and cheerfully decorated. With 1212 square feet and an open floor plan, there is plenty of space for you to comfortably relax. There are two living/entertaining areas in the home, both centrally connected through the galley kitchen. Two bedrooms provide enough sleeping arrangements for 4 guests. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, television and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds (one is a trundle with an extra memory foam topper). Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Linens are provided (sheets, towels/washcloths) along with shampoo and soap. Renovated in early 2022 - new furniture, new paint, new hardwood floors in all bedrooms, and quartz countertops throughout. Bright and airy reverse floor plan with vaulted ceilings over a spacious kitchen, sunny eating area, and living room. Two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a kids’ bunk room with twin bunkbed, are located in the main house. The lower level king bedroom adjoins the bunk room through a sliding barn door, perfect for families with children. It has an en suite full bath with walk-in shower. The upper level king bedroom is adjacent to a full bath with shower over tub. Off the large side deck is a boardwalk to a quaint, private guest cottage with queen bed, full bathroom, TV and mini-fridge/Keurig. There is a full-sized laundry room in the main house. You can enjoy sitting out on the private side or front deck, listening to the sounds of the ocean. There is a charcoal grill on the deck for evening cookouts. One 6-seater golf cart, surfboard and stand up paddle board are available for your use. There are a few bicycles that are in "as is" condition. Guests are welcome to use the bicycles we have, or can choose to rent their own on the island from one of the rental shops. Around the back of the home is a spacious outdoor shower. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Our home is just a 2 minute walk to the Turtle Conservancy, Mike’s Bites and the community park. Ocean-front Shoals Club guest memberships are available for purchase.
