One of our most exciting features is a wraparound deck with a fully enclosed screened porch to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The bonus space above the garage has an additional area for guests to enjoy with a toy area and Nintendo Wii U gaming system for the kids.The basement is meant for entertaining! There is a large lounge area with big screen TV, as well as a kitchen and bar area with an additional TV. And don’t worry, you won’t be disconnected either. There is a boat/pontoon lift that will accommodate any pontoon and most boats as well. We require use of the lift overnight and during inclement weather to avoid damage to the dock or boats as well as property of our neighbors. Our home is a beautiful Bungalow Craftsman style. It was extensively remodeled in 1999. It has 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, a Screen Porch (with hurricane shutters) & 3 Fireplaces. The master bedroom (king sized bed) and another room (queen sized bed) are on the top floor, and the other three bedrooms are downstairs (two rooms with twin beds and one with a king). There is a family room downstairs with a television and games. Adjoining there is a foosball table and a workout room.
