Camelback ski/water park resort are only 35 minutes away.The spaceThis beautiful Lake House property is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful outdoors and indoors activities. This Lake house has all the goodies. A/C, Washer dryer, 4 smart TV's, dishwasher, Keurig, complimentary Coffee and Tea, Outdoor firepit, Foosball, 2 Vintage style arcade games and SmarTV to connect any of your personal gaming devices (Wii/Xbox). Wet Bar with seating for four, BBQ grill, board games, the works. 1st level deck gives you access to our breathtaking private area of the Lake, which you will have access to our 2 kayaks for a wonderful experience.Parking for five cars Maximum.Note: As the house is on the lake, you will be required to climb down the stairs to get to the house. There are mix of stairs and slope leading to the fire pit. It comes with the terrain, I guess.Indoor fireplace is not available to use with the stay. We have a great firepit outdoor near the water.Bed linens are included - Additional towels or beach towels are available for the use of our private part of the Lake.
