The cottage has oil heating and hydronic floor heating, air source heat pump for cooling, ventilation machine. Lakeside sauna. Water to the sauna comes via pipe from lake, wood-burning stove, washroom with shower (lake water), living room area with sofa bed, stove, refrigerator and porch. In winter shower is not in use, the water is heated in the heater tank.
