"The staff is friendly, the price is reasonable, and the location is a bit far from the new city, but it is a good 10-minute walk from Hazrat Sultan Mosque. However, the bathroom is a bit dirty. If you pay a little more attention to this, I don't think there will be any other accommodations at a similar price."

"The hotel was situated near the city center and was quite affordable compared to other more expensive hotel chains (i.e. Ritz Carlton & Sheraton). The hotel facilities are clean and the services spoke good English and were helpful in our inquiries. Outside the hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance. Best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet which offered an assortment of delicacies that varied each day in our stay--highly recommend staying here when in Astana as the value you get matches the price you pay!"

"The lady at the front desk is not very polite. Although she is not fluent in English, she tries her best to communicate and help through translation software. The hotel environment is also good and relatively new. What I am most satisfied with is that the hotel has a gym which is very nice and the equipment is very new."
