Hotel pas térrible ! personne très désagréable ! pas de bureau pour travailler! faut débrancher la lampe de chevet pour brancher un pc car pas de prise disponible !!! le bureau est disponible uniquement dans les chambres premuim!!! petit déjeuné servi à partir de 7h20 pas avant !!! pour un déplacement d'affaire c'est compliqué d'êter reçu de la sorte ! ! on ne peut pas se servir un café soit même car les cafés sont comptés! il faut que la personne serve lui même. Pas moyen d'avoir le PDJ plus tot, je me suis fait envoyé balader sur un ton inacceptable ! c'est la première fois qu'on me répond e la sorte (je suis dans des hotels toutes les semaines ) mais un hôtelier comme ca c'est juste inadmissible...

Bad experience. Yet last year we went there as a family and we didn't have any problems. It seems that loyalty is the boss's last problem... I had to cancel my reservation due to my daughter's health problem. I notified the hotel manager directly, who accepted the cancellation and at no time did he mention any fees or even full payment. I would have paid a fee if he had told me about it because I am respectful of the work. Everything seemed to be settled... But surprise! That same evening, the receptionist called me, pretending to ask me my arrival time, even though she knew perfectly well that my reservation was canceled. When I reminded her of this fact, she coldly replied that she was going to charge my credit card anyway. After negotiation, she told me that she would check with the manager and 15 minutes later my card was debited. Dishonest and unacceptable behavior! Non-existent customer service! And looking at the reviews after the fact, I realize that this is not the only problem with this hotel: Unpleasant rigid staff and the highlight of the show, bedbugs on many reviews!!
