Such a great location to walk to Pearl Street (restaurants and bars) and to CU Boulder Campus for parents weekend. The rooms were large, beds were super comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor space they had for sitting around and chatting with family and have a cocktail before going out.

Basecamp is in need of an overhau! Rooms were dingy, poorly lit with ugly white light that felt like an underground parking garage, filthy windows, carpet is well past needing to be replaced, paint is chipping and dirty. I wore my shoes even when I got up to use the bathroom in the night. The fun theme of 'camping' has gone too far- they need to step it up in a big way. Also, our room wasn't cleaned between nights which is okay, I guess but the price tag would suggest that it is included. Staff is friendly so I feel bad writing this review but come-on! Take some pride in the condition.

Best hidden gem for price and location in all of Boulder for visiting University!!! Melina and Maddy at the front desk are great! Old motel that has been renovated and is clean and comfortable. Fun spaces. Easy free parking is a definite plus! Highly recommend!

Nice rooms and cool vibes throughout. Melina and Melanie were kind and helpful. The fresh chocolate chip cookies offered a homey touch. Their restaurant recommendations helped make our stay in Boulder. Thanks so much for your genuine hospitality. 5 STARS!

Melanie and Melina are awesome and super friendly! The staff here has been great and very welcoming. Basecamp is just a 15 mins walk away from everything and super accessible. One of the best thing is that is dog friendly! The also have a great common area to hang out and enjoy a beer!

This place is very cool. Staff is awesome, especially Maddy! Great location! Neat fireplace, love courtyard. Room is perfect. Convenient to campus and Pearl Street. Best burgers in the world around the corner. They make you chocolate chip cookies!!

I liked this place! Convenient location near Pearl Street and there are a lot of fun, cute things at the hotel - fire pit, bar, game room, rock climbing wall, table tennis, etc. The building is a converted motel and some of the fixtures are old, but the rooms are spotless. The rooms have a cute camping theme - the bedside lamps look like hiking lamps and there's a vintage cooler instead of a minifridge. My only suggestion would be to change the carpeting because some people confuse old with dirty lol. I was very impressed by the staff. John went above and beyond to make sure I was situated and comfortable. Maddy was very friendly and helpful, too!

Friendly, welcoming check in by Maddy, who gave us great advice about the area. Room was clean and ready. Great outdoor area and amazing location. Easy to walk to Folsom Stadium and Pearl Street. Rec room had fun games and lively vibe. Burgers next door were yummy.
