Basecamp Boulder

Great stay, very friendly staff!!!

We had a good one-night stay at Basecamp Boulder. The hotel offers a unique theme and a few nice amenities that made our visit pleasant. We stayed in the "Great Indoors" room, which had a fun campsite-like concept. The beds were comfortable, and it was a unique experience. We were a little disappointed that the in-room coffee packets were not stocked, but the coffee service at the reception desk worked out as an acceptable alternative. We didn't get a chance to use the common jacuzzi or the ping pong table, though they seemed like nice amenities for guests. We did appreciate the two free drink coupons we received for booking directly, and we were able to enjoy them by the firepits. One of the more memorable parts of the stay was the staff's professionalism. When I forgot my watch and charger in the room, the owners promptly called me to let me know they had found them. Their attentiveness was appreciated, especially since I hadn't even realized they were missing. Overall, our stay at Basecamp Boulder was a good one. The unique room, some useful amenities, and the helpful staff made for a fine visit.

My kids and I stayed at this adorable little lodge in Boulder this past weekend, and we absolutely loved it! It has this slightly funky, eclectic charm that just adds to the experience. Everywhere you look, there are creative, thoughtful touches that make it feel cozy, unique, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, decorated with that perfect mix of lodge warmth and modern quirk. Lots to do with kids and teenagers. Large movie screen with climbing wall and games. Fire pits outside with s’mores from the front desk. The staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel at home. It’s clear they put a lot of love into the details here. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with kids — close to great restaurants, hiking, and downtown, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location. Next to the University . Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Jon was the manager who I think was an amazing employee. He told me about all the best restaurants, hiking trails. Top notch guy. Will stay here again. Good prices. Excellent coffee and beer bar. Ping pong!

The location was great for the ratio of affordability and walkability to pearl street. Close drive to the foothills for a hike. The game room was great to hang out and hot tub as well. My disappointment was a one-off situation in that our fire alarm battery was beeping in the middle of the night. The emergency line said to take out the battery and all we got was a "sorry" from the front desk. The highpitched beeping and trying to figure out how to get the alarm down and battery out had us up for over an hour at 1am and then took hours after that to get back to sleep. Bummer.
