Boulder Marriott

The Boulder Marriott has everything you would want in a hotel! It is a great place. The rooms are nice and spacious and the set up of telephone property is convenient - easy to park, the work out room is easily accessible and nice, it’s easy to get to the rooms, and the lobby bar/restaurant/coffee area is warm, inviting, and hospitable. The very best part are the precious guys who work there. The night Bar tenders are nice and helpful and the morning staff IS AMAZING!! Especially Rui and Andrew - they are skilled, professional, kind, helpful, wonderful, truly they are the best way to wake up and get your day started in beautiful Boulder!

The Boulder Chamber hosted a networking event, in the Sanitas Room last week, which host unbelievable views of the flatirons! I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible staff who made the experience seamless and memorable for all that attended. The planning process was so easy thanks to Jami, who took the time to understand our needs and offered suggestions that enhanced our event. She was there upon our arrival to assist with set up and did a great job speaking as a representative of Marriott at the event. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the beautiful setup of the meeting room to Rui's carefully curated refreshments. My favorite was the mini chicken sandwiches, but it was really impossible to pick, because everything was so delicious and visually appealing. Rui truly takes his job seriously and it shows! Staff were not only friendly and attentive but also incredibly proactive, ensuring that everything ran on schedule and addressed any last-minute requests with a smile. The space was the perfect environment for mingling and discussions and the balcony with firepit and beautiful sunset put things over the top.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect and the facility was beautifully maintained. My room was fantastic and had a private patio with a beautiful view of Boulder and the Flatirons. Everyone from the front desk check in staff to the bar staff in the restaurant to the housekeeping staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. Our stay was fantastic from beginning to end. We will defiantly be back.

Such great customer service from the moment we got here! From the front desk, to a visit in our room because of our TV outage, all was fantastic! Antonio Callaway was prompt, friendly and fixed our TV! All around great service!! Our first time to Boulder and we will be back!

Epic stay. Service was exceptional. Folks at the bar went above and beyond on all the little things including MVP Broox who got the Eagles game on TV against all odds! Barney was also fantastic in his hospitality towards us and our dog. Hotel itself is ideally situated.

We stayed at the Marriott in Boulder a few weeks ago. We happily paid the $400+ a night for business and one night extra for fun, but definitely wouldn't stay there again. There wasn't anything that went wrong, but so many things they could have done to improve things. We spend a great deal of time in hotels for work, and therefore have lots to compare to. No one greeted you when you walked in the door, or walked by the front desk, or stood in line at the bar, the lounge area is loud and dark, with very limited snacks, no fruit, limited food at happy hour, no acknowledgment of platinum status, told us we had high floor with view and we were on third floor over the parking lot. Never received a bill for reward last night but received a charge on my card. Easy things to fix.

Hotel was nice and conviniently locate, and the room was well appointed and nicely laid out, but I was disappointed in the service. I showed up for a 4pm checkin only to be told my room wasn't ready which meant I couldn't settle into my room before my dinner plans. The room ended up beng ready at 5:30 after I had left. Then my room was not serviced for 2 days straight. The first time I just asked for more coffee and water at the front desk, but the second time I needed my trash to be taken out after having take out dinner the night before. These are not things I expect to have to deal with staying somewhere at this price point. My next visit I will stay someone similarly located but where the price better matches the quality of service.

I had to combine two reservations (one for work and one for vacation) and they took care of it easily for me. The hotel has nice area in front of the hotel to watch the fire and have a drink. Friendly bar tender. I think the strongest point for me was the room itself. I don’t know all the details but it appears the renovated the rooms recently and they nailed it. My room was consistent with a four star Marriott. Everything felt clean, prefer the no carpet modern style floor and just all the fixtures appeared new. It wasn’t cheep this Saturday night - it was sold out too - but this is last night of my two night stay and I am very pleased. You will be too.

I just stayed Marriott Boulder twice during a long trip to/around Colorado and was very pleased with the hotel. The staff were very friendly, my suite had a comfy bed, nice windows that opened and I appreciate that the hotel has a club lounge for those eligible (they're becoming less common these days). I would suggest having more non-red meat evening dishes in the lounge as most days seemed to be beef or pork. I really liked that the hotel has a guest laundry room which is perfect for longer stays. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and a beautiful outdoor shopping center plus not far from the Pearl street pedestrian area which could be considered downtown Boulder. My Marriott titanium benefits were honoured and the manager David greeted me by my last name daily which was nice touch. I've stayed at several hotels in Boulder and this one is my top choice for next time!
