Mapleton Hill
Perfect size for a couple. Excellent location. Less than five minute walk to Pearl Street, the hub of all shops, bars, restaurants, and pedestrian activity.

Great Spot Downtown Boulder
The wife and I stayed here 7/2-7/6 for the Phish shows at Folsom. The location is great! It is within walking distance to pretty much everything. The artwork in the house is very cool. We loved the showerhead. It was nice to have the outdoor hangout area. Stay here, the place is great.

Pleasant stay in Boulder
Rusty’s VRBO was exactly as advertised. It’s a quiet location only a block off Pearl Street in downtown Boulder. You can walk to you just about everything you need to see in the downtown area. No complaints and hope to come back sometime in the future.

Wifes birthday surprise
A very enjoyable stay capped by a snowfall the morning we left. Very comfortable quarters with a nice airy feel and great natural light. Wonderful property and great location.

Cozy space in great location
Super convenient spot, steps from Pearl St. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Property owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely seek this property for out next visit.

Winter Solstice
This is our 3rd stay at the Spruce St. getaway. It is consistently clean and cozy. Boulder had a cold snap during this visit, with a morning low of -15 the day we checked out, but the gas fireplace kept the apartment warm and comfortable. We will be back again.

Beautiful apartment in Downtown Boulder
Thanks so much Rusty for creating such a charming place to stay one block from Pearl Street mall. There are too many wonderful amenities to list but we loved the artsy style, the comfortable king bed and Egyptian sheets, and the wonderful sitting area outside among the beautiful trees. We easily walked to hiking trails, the mall, the campus and transit for going further afield. We loved our stay so much and look forward to staying here again in the future!
