This property is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, but still near the center of town. It's a 3-minute walk from some nice restaurants and coffee shops, and an 8-minute walk to downtown. The host is very communicative and friendly. The accommodations are large enough for 3-4 people, but still cozy and nice for 1 or 2 visitors. Very comfortable and charming.

This place is a real gem! It’s the perfect location just a few steps away from Pearl Street with its delicious restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We went to Red Rocks for a couple of concerts and the drive wasn’t bad at all. There were wonderful trials within walking distance and short drives. This host deserves his excellent rating. We loved our stay and hope to book it again.

Perfect size for a couple. Excellent location. Less than five minute walk to Pearl Street, the hub of all shops, bars, restaurants, and pedestrian activity.

Great Spot Downtown Boulder
The wife and I stayed here 7/2-7/6 for the Phish shows at Folsom. The location is great! It is within walking distance to pretty much everything. The artwork in the house is very cool. We loved the showerhead. It was nice to have the outdoor hangout area. Stay here, the place is great.

Hiking, Dining, and Shopping
We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this property again. It was very comfortable despite the cool weather. Parking was easy and the location was perfect with downtown restaurants and stores just a block away.
