Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder

We stayed one night to breakup a trip after landing in Denver. The communication and coordination is awful between management, the front desk, housekeeping. The front desk would tell us they added a rollaway bed but it wasn't there. We then could not find any sheets for the pullout couch. The front desk assured us they would send them up. It took an hour and a trip back down the lobby while we waited to put kids to bed at 10PM. The front desk and housekeeping could not get on the same page. We paid to upgrade from a queen suite to a corner queen suite for a slightly larger room and the "local snacks and drinks" in the room. We were told there was no availability for any Diamond upgrade, so we ended up paying for our own upgrade which was clearly available. No snacks or drinks were included. So no benefit at this hotel for status and no real benefit to paying your own way to upgrade. We definitely wasted money staying here because of Hilton Status. Matthew the manager then emailed asking if there was anything he could do. So I replied and called, leaving him a message. He never responded. to either. The generic "We strive to provide our guests with wonderful experiences on our property. We're sorry that we fell short this time!" must be a copy and paste. The poor communication is a theme. It's' a beautiful property in a great city, but management is lacking.

Shout out to the Embassy Suites in Boulder, CO. While visiting my child at college, this has been my go-to place for 4 years and does not disappoint. The place is great and so consistent. The manager Matt Tutle is very accommodating to whatever you need. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the location is amazing. They have a happy hour every day and breakfast in the morning. The best part is that you really know what to expect and the place does not disappoint. Don't hesitate!

My family and I stayed in June 2025. The hotel is similar to other Embassy Suites hotels in that it offers spacious suites. We had a two-queen suite for our family (two adults and two kids). The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, and the living/kitchen area had a decent sofa (which pulls out to a sleeper) and the usual fridge, coffee maker, and microwave with a small sink. The hotel also offers free breakfast, which is what you might expect and similar to what is offered at Hampton Inns and other hotels. It was all perfectly decent and convenient, but not really anything special. There is a parking garage under the hotel for the Embassy Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn next door. The garage is well lit, has spaces large enough for standard cars and SUVs, and is easily accessible. The hotel does however need some attention. The gate to the parking garage did not work at first. I notified the front desk and the employee there said that it often does not work properly. The button for the automatic door to the elevators in the parking garage was holding on by a thread. The hotel room's HVAC system operated at hurricane-like decibel levels. The hallways smelled old and musty. The "hydration" station on our floor, which supposedly provided ice and cold water, had a broken refrigeration system and only provided warm water--I had to go to another floor to find ice. On the whole, it was an adequate hotel for the Boulder area, but nothing special. If you're looking for spacious rooms with convenient parking and free breakfast, you'll probably be happy enough. But the hotel could use an update.

Stopped by during happy hour and had a solid experience thanks to RG and Temple behind the bar. It wasn’t overly crowded, but they still handled the line with such ease and professionalism. They were friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming — just really solid hospitality all around. The vibe was relaxed, the service was on point 10/10 tysm
