My business held our 3 day mini-comic con art event at the Embassy Suites Aug 22-24. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of their staff both before, during and after our event. Banquet manager Michael was extremely accommodating and helped us set up the ballrooms in a different style than we initially planned which would make our event more accessible. During the event itself, Michael was continuously checking in on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. After the conclusion of the event, we were a bit understaffed and Michael's crew of Caleb, Cameron and Kiefer all volunteered to help us. which saved us considerable time and is greatly appreciated. We bring our events to different cities and states throughout the nation. We have done well over 500+ events since 2017. I have never had a venue so accommodating and helpful than your crew. I also wanted to mention we stayed at the hotel as well and the rooms and breakfast were very impressive. They have an authentic waffle maker and chefs who will make you complimentary omelets, eggs and avocado toast. Just don't forget to tip these folks as I seemed to be the only one which was disappointing. The beds and rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Great hotel bar! There are always interesting people to talk to and lots of CU parents like to stay here. The happy hour "evening reception" is great.

Reported the TV in the bedroom as not working on 4 separate occasions starting at 2:30pm. Took till 10.00pm for a maintenance person to come to fix it . They did not manage to fix it and actually made the TV in the sofa room also not work. The sink was also blocked and this was not fixed. When paying over $400 a night for a room you expect better service and a functioning room.
