We had a lovely stay and would definitely be back and recommend the hotel to friends and family. It was a lovely get away. The atmosphere was beautiful.

We had an amazing time staying at The Cave Hotel , rooms were clean and spacious with lovely amenities and extremely comfortable beds. A glass of complementary prosecco was handed to us upon arrival as we checked in and staff were friendly and informative however , food and drink is an additional cost and this can very quickly add up. For what you pay, not a lot is included and it was only after our stay that we found out you could have spa treatments. The pool area and gym are small but they are clean and enjoyable. Drinks can be ordered to the pool area which is a nice touch. Overall a lovely stay but not a lot for your money.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 — Lovely stay but a few things could be better Me and my Girlfriend stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. The hotel is lovely and the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa is nice but small — the windows were quite dirty and the fireplace by the jacuzzi was broken. Only four sunbeds, so it got crowded. Loved the iPads for ordering drinks, but £16 cocktails were expensive. The Korean Cowgirl restaurant was great — delicious food and well priced. Staff were all friendly, and breakfast with free room service was amazing. The room was spacious with a huge shower, and the scenery is beautiful. The minibar was very overpriced (£6 for Maltesers). Overall, a lovely stay but a few details need improvement to match the price.

We went for my husbands birthday and it was a nice getaway from London. Everything from the room to the customer service was too notch. The amenities are endless and worth booking. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the golf course. We were so happy with our stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Our second stay in the Signature Suite was stunning as always. A very special and important mention to Sarah and her son for the most amazing treatments and for being so welcoming and friendly. They were definitely a huge reason for us to come back!

On appearance this hotel looks great but when you look closer it need attention. We stayed in the Signature Suite at £1560 for 2 nights, breakfast not included!! This room was not a wow room, windows were very dirty, stains on the carpet, loose door handle to toilet and door would not shut same for the shower door, furniture damaged and tarnished, blinds did not fit the windows and frayed so not very cave like!! The air conditioning not very cold even when on the lowest setting, the tv did not work properly. We spoke to reception who did fix it, then it stopped again! No fresh milk for tea, had to call room service despite there being a Mimi bar fridge!! Food was good but service in both restaurants absolutely shocking!! Waiting 25 mins for a drink and it was not even busy!! Staff just don’t seem to care! This is a very badly managed hotel and definitely not worth the money they are charging. Much better hotels out there for less. Won’t be back and will most certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a shame as we were so looking forward to celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary there!

Had The best time! Special thanks to Johnny. He was amazing. Love Cave always. Been coming every year for four years now. Would come again and again. Hospitality and service is top notch. Absolutely love it ALWAYS.
