Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Bothell - Canyon Park

Customer service was horrible. Rooms, hotel in itself was great. It was the customer service. I called before i went and asked what kind of coffee amenities they had. I was told they had small coffee pots. I just needed coffee and small filters. When I arrived, they didnt have one but would look and let me know. After a bit, I went and purchased my own. Never heard a thing. My last night, i lost my cell phone. I tried calling long distance via the instructions on the phone. It didnt work. I went to the front desk the lady came out. I asked her to put my card in so I could make phone calls. She didnt know how and told me her manager could help me in the morning but the calls were three dollars. I asked for a phone book. They didnt have one or offer to find me a local number. There was never any one at the counter.

Amazing place I stayed there 10 months with my kids you feel like a home they have all the facilities to stay happy giving you all what you need very helpful and safe to my kids Miss Tera the manger is wonderful person cares for the customer she’s the best amazing person ,Mr Allan on front desk is so kind and helpful he’s wonderful , the residents of the hotel are amazing people you got a smile care and love on this wonderful place it’s very safe and beautiful community on that hotel , beds very comfortable and clean they have full kitchen equipment like a home to cook

Best Customer Service I've ever ever had with a hotel! Very kind, very professional, very understanding but more importantly the team ENJOYS putting the customer first. Make sure and contact the hotel directly (not corporate) as the Bothell-Canyon Park team is available, accommodating and answers the phone.

Tara and Dawn are great. Very accommodating and professional. It gets a little noisy during the summer, but not inordinately so. Yes people smoke on the property, but most have the courtesy to stay away from the windows by walking further into the parking area. Overall, a nice little community.

Honestly can’t say enough about the employees here. Anything I’ve needed. I have easily obtained. The room is lovely. But most importantly the amazing staff is wonderful and kind and so helpful ! From the first day when I checked in and the gentleman .. ugh can’t remember his name. But he was so helpful. And the women who are constantly doing wash and taking care of the front desk ! All so helpful and kind. This morning I was heading out to grab an Uber and my tricky ;) stomach had me stop in my tracks .. I had my hand on my tummy and Dawn stops me and says “I have something to help”. She whipped out a turmeric ginger tea bag that helped so much ! I researched the tea later. It wasn’t cheap ! And she shared it so sweetly ! Thank you Dawn ! And thank you to all of the amazing staff. We are still here and will continue to stay here as long as we need ! It’s really been such a fabulous experience ! 💜💜💜

Met my needs for the weekend stay. Comfortable bed, clean throughout, refrigerator came in very handy, having a few dishes available, already in the studio would have been handy but knowing that we could call the front desk and get some was helpful.

This review is long overdue and I would to say thank you for a wonderful experience Extended Stay America Canyon Park Bothell , WA!!! I promise to write a more detailed review...and in the meantime....I need everyone to know how much we had at this location as well as the fantastic customer service and the wonderful who are staff there as well as the other guests!!! I have stayed at other places and other ESA however the level of love, care, service and wonderfullness are all thanks to the wonderful staff!!! I much say a very special thank you to Dawn (who should run this place/and does!!!/as well as Beverly, Tiona, Tegan, Lourdes and the most wonderful facilities/maintainance team. I recommend taking a vacation or staycation at this location and I even suspect a possible landmark building and possible paranormal fun things could be possibilities here!!! This is personal experience speaking to anyone who has interest in this field!!! Thank you ESA Canyon Park, Bothell WA...you touched my heart and our souls!!! Thanks for a wonderful time and experience!!!

After spending some time here I have to say that this is the best 2 star hotel I've ever been to. Even if you end up having a long stay I can confirm the staff is friendly and helpful in every way they can be. Our room was clean and ready to go as soon as we checked in. Dishes and cookware were easy to request. More toiletries and towels were always available. I honestly don't have any complaints! It's been a great stay.

Just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge and appreciate Dawn at Extended Stay America in Canyon Park! From her greeting to accommodating mine and my spouse needs and wants to ensuring that we are truly satisfied with everything, Dawn truly showed a genuine heart for us throughout our stay. We had some minor issues here but because of how Dawn handled the minor issues we were so moved to write this review! We definitely will be coming back and it’s because the astounding service Dawn and the team provided! Shout out to Tegan as well for helping us get the tv remote operating. Thank You Dawn!
