Very nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesn’t have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

Very basic, needs updating but for what we paid it did the job, bed was comfy, too hot in the room, shower was crap. Clean and tidy

Excellent location – only a 15-minute walk to the beach!
The room is nice and clean. While there’s no air conditioner, there is a radiator and a fan provided.
It cools down at night, so air conditioning isn’t really necessary.

The room was fine but you use the room to sleep in and the pillows were diabolical, so uncomfortable, let the whole room down as unable to have a restful sleep. Shower also tiny and door didn’t shut properly almost impossible to actually wash your bits and pieces and unfortunately no body wash in the container empty, so had to use shampoo instead. it was cheap but I do except to sleep when I book a room. Honestly the pillows need looking at immediately they were more like towels folded than pillows

The extra charge for parking is first suprise. Being spoken about in a different language at reception was the second. The elevator is from temu or alibaba or something. Rooms not very sound proofed. The only thing you do get is a place close to the sea. I wouldn’t pay any more than £30 to stay here again.

Staff very accommodating and very pleased with service. My only complaint is the parking is very expensive-even as hotel guest, you pay £14/night.
