This is the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever been to. Spotless, friendly , large comfortable rooms with everything you could need. It's not cheap but you can't get this quality without paying a little extra and it's more than worth it. Don't forget to use the beautiful garden, bottle of wine in the evening?

Friday, 4 July - we have just returned from a wonderful two-day stay at Boscastle House Hotel. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by Dawn and felt immediately that she would do anything she could to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spotlessly clean - had a great view over the lovely garden and the hills beyond - and was very well equipped. A lot of thought and care has gone into making this a delightful place to stay. As for the breakfast, it was superb - excellent quality - many locally sourced foods - and Dawn had a lot of local information to share with us. We would hope to return one day and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful hotel in excellent quiet location. Fantastic views from our room which was spacious and very clean. The grounds are well kept and parking was plentiful. The breakfast and service is one if the best I have come across and would definitely comeback in the future.

Staying at Boscastle House complements perfectly the area of natural beauty in which it sits. The imposing Edwardian house is set in a delightful garden. Everything is scrupulously clean and the needs of guests are met in full, complete with the best breakfasts that we have enjoyed anywhere. Most importantly, Dawn and Gavin are welcoming and obliging hosts. An experience not to be missed!

I really enjoyed my two night stay at Boscastle House. Excellent hosts, Dawn & Gavin run a lovely, comfortable and very well maintained property in a peaceful location. Wonderful breakfasts using local Cornish suppliers. I would look to stay again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Just perfect!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at Boscastle House. The room was very spacious & very comfortable. The views from the room were superb, and the choice of breakfasts are plentiful. The host, Dawn, was very friendly and welcoming.

We've just spent another few days at Boscastle House. This was our second visit and there can be no better recommendation. Dawn and Gavin are very friendly and likeable. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens with ample parking, and there are lovely views out to sea. Our room was exceptionally clean and the ensuite bathroom particularly spacious. The breakfasts are fantastic! You can see that Gavin takes a special pride in baking and cooking; everything is immaculately prepared and served. This really is a beautiful place to stay.

The absolute best B&B we have ever stayed! The breakfasts were amazing, the proprietor had thought of absolutely everything and the room was stunning with lots of lovely little touches to make the experience truly personal and inviting. Thank you Dawn and Gavin for your fabulous hospitality! ❤️

We have just returned from a perfect b&b in Boscastle. This establishment is in a great position with lovely gardens and stunning views. The warm reception from the host's was a nice start to our holiday, where nothing was too much trouble and great advice given on local places to visit. The house was exceptionally clean with a home from home atmosphere and rooms equal to some 5* establishments with comfy beds and amenities. I can honestly say, the breakfast was of a very high standard and very tasty with lots of choice! This was a memorable stay, which is all you wish for when on holiday and can highly recommend, if in this part of Cornwall. Well done to Dawn and Gavin.

The whole package is consistent throughout. From the well kept gardens and house, the well decorated reception areas and the genuinely warm reception though into the quality and romance of the rooms. Gavin and Dawn show a thoughtful attention to detail I have not experienced in a B&B. Oh - and the breakfast is the cherry on the cake. I will definitely be back, probably in the Autumn when the seasons are changing.

Boscastle House offers stylish genteel accommodation, in a quiet and timelessly elegant house, set above Boscastle. The spaces and appointments are luxurious, yet classic. The atmosphere slow and sophisticated. Breakfast is made to order with good quality ingredients, fresh and tasty. Hosts were attentive and discreet.

This is a beautiful B and B with outstanding facilities and a wonderful breakfast. The house is perfectly situated at the top of Boscastle and is a good base for the south West coast path. Dawn and Gavin are very good hosts. Very easy going and we were made to feel very welcome.

What a wonderful place to stay. A great location for exploring the area. Such a warm welcome from both Dawn and Gavin. Amazing breakfasts, luxurious room, most attentive hosts. We felt totally spoilt the whole time. I've never given such a high recommendation as this so deserves!

We really enjoyed our stay with Dawn & Gavin. From the moment we arrived until our final farewell they were top hosts. Our bedroom was excellent, spotlessly clean, well furnished & fittingly equipped for our stay. Dawn even made sure there was Gluten free biscuits for my partner! Breakfasts were chosen via an emailed daily list, which was filled with selections to suit all diets & ensuring our food was locally sourced & fresh. The eggs were the most vibrant yellow I've ever seen! Situated just above Boscastle (15 min walk or 2 min drive) to the heart of the harbour. The gardens are a delight with views to the hills beyond Boscastle…. We will definitely be back in the Autumn… Thank you Sandi & Stu
