Well placed. But make sure you ask for a room on the city side of the river where all the action happens. Walking distance to everything. The room is comfortable, but it needs a bit of a renovation . The staff is very nice . Breakfast was very good and included

Affacciato sul fiume Temo, l'hotel offre varie soluzioni di accoglienza, sia nella casa madre che nelle ex concerie di fronte. Camere molto spaziose che conservano l'ambiente tradizionale, con balconi e vista sul fiume. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Accoglienza ottima, sempre a disposizione. Ci siamo tornati.

Siccome su Booking è sempre in alto alle classifiche , abbiamo voluto provare questo “boutique hotel “in prima persona. Fin dall’inizio non ci ha dato una buona impressione in quanto l’accoglienza è stata molto fredda. Abbiamo prenotato una junior suit vista fiume, l’unica nota positiva di questo soggiorno! In bagno c’erano diverse cose rotte tra cui l’ asciugacapelli praticamente staccato dal muro sicuramente da tempo, il letto abbastanza duro e scomodo e in balcone vasi di fiori seccati con qualche cicca di sigaretta dentro… La colazione è stata altrettanto deludente cominciando dalla sig.ra che doveva presidiare e invece l’hanno addirittura dovuta cercare, prodotti industriali di scarsa qualità tranne qualche pezzo di formaggio e salsiccia e il culmine e’ stato un ospite di primo piano affacciato al balcone che dava nella corte interna dove appunto stavamo facendo la colazione che ha cominciato a fumare … Insomma visto anche il prezzo elevato e’ stato un soggiorno veramente deludente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo diffuso a fine maggio, con la volontà di staccare qualche giorno da lavoro e la scelta si è rivelata ottima. Posto tranquillo e personale disponibile ed attento alle tue necessità, hanno accettato il nostro cagnolino senza problemi e la posizione, di fronte al Temo, è fantastica. Unico appunti forse la colazione, va già bene così ma si potrebbe migliorare. Buon lavoro a voi, Federico Melis

Nice warm hotel in old Bosa by the river. Great view of the river from the room, quiet location and spacious room. The room has a refrigerator, a spacious bathroom and a good bed. Good and friendly service and good breakfast at the hotel. There is a parking space for the car directly in front of the hotel and the price of parking is reasonable. The location of the hotel is excellent and all services are nearby and the restaurants of the old town are just around the corner.

I was unable to book between 6.30pm and 8.15pm on Sunday 24 September... The hall was open, some guests were leaving, but there was no one to answer the doorbell rings, nor the cell phone calls nor the fixed (non-existent, although this is also indicated in a warning). After an hour a message arrives "did you call me?", to which I replied, but it seemed like an automatic response, no one showed up, I tried the reservation with Booking and this was not successful either despite the room being there. if... More calls to the cell phone, nothing. We left. It seems really strange to me that there is no staff in this hotel, at the mercy of anyone who comes and goes, and therefore unreliable.

Widespread hotel where cleanliness, courtesy of the staff and professionalism reign. Our room, very large and expertly furnished, equipped with TV, free Wi-Fi, minibar, has a small balcony, with a very comfortable drying rack, overlooking the Timo river. Equally extensive service, with olive oil soaps and detergents, plastic free. At the reception, competent staff available with advice on places to visit, times and best restaurants. The breakfast, served in a lovely internal courtyard, has ample room for improvement. Industrial honey and jams could be replaced by local products. Full-fat yogurts could be a little more varied. A toaster would also be really welcome. In any case we had a great time and in fact we extended our stay.

It is a popular hotel and we stayed in the junior suite in a tannery: a very large room for two people but perfect because dogs are allowed. Postcard view, spacious bathroom, absolutely clean. The only unpleasant note: the lack of soundproofing towards the room behind, separated only by a closed door.
