The accommodations were very nice, and the inn is very close to the center of Borrego Springs. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

This is our second stay at this 60’s style hotel, easy check in, the staff were nice and helpful, our room was clean, it had a kitchen stocked with plates and silverware. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool, well kept and clean. We’ll be staying here again in the near future.

We take weekend trips to Anza Borrego maybe 8 times a year. Sometimes we camp and sometimes we want to be close to town for events. When in town we stay at Stanlunds and always love it. Stanlunds is nostalgic, mid-century motel reminding me of vacations as a child. Our car is parked several feet from our room allowing for quick in and out when chasing a sunset or sunrise. We are there for a no-frills experience to be close to the beauty of the park and the price is always great. We've come here so often we feel like family.

Excellent bed, bathroom, great service. Has been a mainstay of the Borrego Springs community for years. Perfect for quick trips to the desert or for longer stays. Highly recommend this fine inn. Good for families as well as inviduals. Close to downtown restaurants and shopping, easy access to the park for hiking and other activities

Nice old-school desert "motel" style lodging
The service we had from the front desk staff was great - very pleasant & helpful. The standard King room was clean & comfortable; small bathroom with tiny stall shower, but it served its purpose. The King suite my brother & his companion stayed in was amazing, though! Roomy, full kitchen with all the dishes/cookware you'd need, larger bathroom. If you're planning a trip to Anza-Borrego State Park, this is a great place to stay.
