"Beautiful view from the hotel room. The location is excellent. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very helpful. We had to walk up three floors with our suitcases. Breakfast was limited, so it's better to have breakfast in Borjomi. The rooms are spacious but dated. The hotel shows significant damp patches in several places."

"We stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of April. We had a single room and a standard twin room. The location of this hotel is very good, right next to the Central Park on the tourist street and opposite the Crowne Plaza which costs a little more. The building is historic and nicely restored. The rooms are clean and relatively new, although the style is a bit dated. They have good facilities, fridge, safe, robes, kettle etc, we had a bit of trouble with the telly but got it to work eventually. Unfortunately the beds are not very comfortable, the mattresses are not good quality. We used the spa which was nice. Staff were friendly and the WiFi worked. Overall this is a good hotel especially out of season when the area is quiet. In high season I think it would probably be quite noisy as the hotel has wooden floor corridors and is in the middle of the tourist strip with a restaurant next door. Borjomi is beautiful and well worth staying in for a couple of nights. Thanks for a pleasant stay."

"A small hotel, the rooms are normal, but without the “wow” effect. The shower does not have a door, so water leaks out. Plumbing fixtures may be “loose.” But the room was dry, the air conditioning worked well, and there was hot water. Quite comfortable beds. Good internet. Inexpensive cuisine, quite tasty. Breakfast is also good (there is Borjomi water!). Responsive staff."

"This was our first time staying here. We booked a deluxe room with a mountain view. We were able to check in an hour early, which was great, so thank you to the hotel for that flexibility. The room had a huge bed, clean linen, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. It's clear the hotel isn't brand new and wasn't built yesterday – some of the furniture is a bit worn and there were stains on the carpet. However, this wasn't a big deal for us, and overall, the room was fine. Breakfast was included and offered a really wide selection: several types of cheese and porridge, cereals, cottage cheese, yogurts, vegetables (you could make a Greek salad), various sausages and cold cuts, canned tuna, omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, blinis, pancakes, coffee, juices, nuts, croissants, about 5 kinds of jam, and even pasta in the morning. In my opinion, that's a huge variety! The breakfast assortment was more or less the same every day, but we didn't get tired of it, and everything was delicious. A massive bonus is the extensive green grounds with ancient fir and pine trees – there's plenty of space to walk around. There's even a Borjomi mineral water spring right on the property. The hotel also has a swimming pool, saunas, and spa treatments. The hotel is a bit further out from the main town of Borjomi, but for us, this was actually a plus as it meant fewer crowds. If you want to go into Borjomi town, you can take a taxi or walk a couple of kilometers. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is an excellent choice. If I come back to Borjomi, I'll definitely be staying here again!"

"This hotel is right at the park entrance, even closer than the Crowne Plaza. The building itself is a century old, very vintage, so the facilities are quite dated.
