The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was down on the far end of the hotel so we took the stairs on that end. We did not get to try the breakfast because I stumbled on the narrow stairs and fell, separating my shoulder, and spliting my forehead. I had to drive to Amarillo to get my shoulder X-rayed. The standard tread depth for commercial steps is 11 inches to allow for sufficient space to place your foot while using the stairs. I do not believe these stairs meet this requirement. The lady (Emily) at the front desk was as helpful as she could be and provided ice for my shoulder and something to stop the bleeding from the cut on my head, as well as head bandages for our trip. That was on Labor Day. Hotel management has yet to even bother to call and check on me.

Front desk person was wonderful. Breakfast was not so great. You were out of everything. It would be helpful to know that there is not an elevator so we know to request the first floor when we book If we have physical issues preventing us from climbing stairs. But the front desk person got me moved to the first floor

The stay was amazing, staff was super friendly and helpful. Decorated nicely, and comforting to the eye and body. Service was amazing and was located right in the middle of multiple business.. would give a 10 if possible.

As there was a wild fire in the area and no electricity, we did not stay at this hotel. The area was having some mandatory evacuations and so we left

The jetted truck b in the room was full of dead spiders when we turn it on. Also the tub sits next to the door to the room without any cover. So if you are in the tub no one can open the door unless you want everyone be to see you.

Highly recommend
The front desk clerk Misty was so friendly and helpful. She was able to get us an early check in and helped us pick out a great local restaurant and then followed up with us to see how we liked it. Overall very clean and service was great. Plus we had real eggs at the free breakfast.
