First of all, the view is very good. You can see the mountains from the room, and the view of the mountains is also very good when you eat breakfast. There is a free parking lot, so if you are driving, I highly recommend it. There is a large parking lot on the side of the road and in the back. The rooms are spacious and the hotel breakfast is decent. I haven't used the spa, but the resort is small but well-run, so I am satisfied.

The hot breakfast dishes only have scrambled eggs and bacon, but there is a wide selection of cold cuts, including cheese, cereals, ham and cheese, many types of cakes, desserts, fruits, and breads. Location is about 15 mins drive from Cortina d ampezzo but hotel is surrounded by views of mountains such as Antelao. Breakfast selection is good and a lot of parking and Tesla chargers available. Room is decent but the bunk bed is too soft for my liking. There is free spa access which was good.

This was a bit strange, we booked a room at this hotel, and the front desk said our stay was actually with their partner hotel down the road another 10KM. The new hotel was perfectly nice, but it wasn’t what was showed in the post. They attributed a trip.com error, but it was strange.
The new location was a bit far away from town, and added some extra travel.

The location is perfect as it takes about 30 minutes by bus from Cortina. There is a spa on the second basement floor, but the hot springs are small and the temperature is not high. The sauna seems to be the focus rather than the hot spring.
