"The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the train station and to the river. The room is big enough and the bathroom size is decent too. I booked a room with two twin beds. I might have selected 1 room and 1 guest instead of two guests when I booked it. The hotel decided I need to pay extra for the additional person plus additional city tax. They have plenty of rooms ready but when we tried to check in around 1:30, we were told no room was ready. The WiFi barely worked at all. I had to use my cell data."

"I stayed at this hotel halfway down the Rhine from Mainz to Koblenz. It was a great choice. It is a long-established and very comfortable hotel. In addition to the elegant interior facilities, it has a sauna and a pool. The garden restaurant with a view of the Rhine is also very nice."

"Booked this quite last minute for our party of six. Clean and comfortable rooms, quite small but had everything we needed. We were greeted at reception by a friendly gentleman but there were no staff on duty and the restaurant was closed (no breakfast either). The hotel gave the impression that it was shut for the season."
