The lady at the counter was wonderful and greeted us kindly! She was sure to tell us that she and her coworkers were readily available if needed, and the different amenities that were not in the room. I wouldn’t mind going there again, it was a lovely experience. The room was comfortable as well, the bed was well made and soft and did not has a funky smell which I sometimes worry and have experienced with other hotels/motels. I do recommend!

The room was disgusting. The beds/sheets had multiple stains, including blood stains. The carpet was damp and had a terrible odor. We asked the manager to see if we could change rooms. They showed my wife 3 other rooms that all had similar issues. Dirty beds, etc. We would up not even staying and drove over 2 hours home at midnight, because the room was so disgusting. We were definitely worried about bed bugs. We asked for a full refund and the manager said they had to “review” the situation and would let us know in a week. We would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I can only hope that the manager/owner does the right thing and gives us a full refund.

AMAZING Mimi was absolutely wonderful. and the pool was amazing too the beds were comfy the atmosphere of the hotel was really cool and relaxing overall 10/10 experience!

Location was great, staff was excellent and friendly. I was disappointed that there was no hot breakfast like the Comfort Inn and Sleep Inn. The room was very dated, the sofa was worn and torn in places. I found a USB data stick in the armchair that didn't belong to me, so it made me concerned about cleanliness. For the price and the location, it was great for one night.

This hotel is very mountain feeling. Very cozy. Very clean. They do allow dogs but it was not a problem for those who didn't have dogs. We will definitely be back.

As usual we were welcomed home by Jamie! She knew who we were and got us in a bit early! It was raining and we wanted to unload quickly. We got a room in our area where we usually stay, with no problem! Ron has a bad ankle and can’t walk far. We like 108-110. Since our home was made unlivable by the hurricane Helene, we look forward to civilization at your home!! Tv hot water dry and clean rooms and we do nothing but relax order dinner and sometimes, just b quiet!!! We have been blessed with discounts since we r old, kinda homeless, except for our tiny house on the creekbank w no luxuries!! Breakfast w others is deliteful and delicious! Everyone is like family every morning! Thank u immensely for your kindness always to us old folks who seem to happy always at your place! Give our best staff and managers for a welcome back home! C u soon

The Quality Inn was accessible and easy to find. It was nice and quiet which made it soothing. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and I relaxed easily. I only met 2 staff members and both were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist Mimi is a special type of person, you are lucky to have her. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back.
