We had a great stay! Excellent location in the city centre and the room was always nice and warm. They had a smart TV. Would definitely recommend!

Good location, you can get everything in a walking distance because it is at the city centre! You have all the facilities you need, and the room is clean.
Customer service replied very quickly when I’m having problems.
Just one thing… no lift in the building😭

자동화 시스템이 잘되어 있어서 편안하고 Whats up어플을 통해 관리자님이랑 실시간 소통할수 있는점도 굉장히 편했어요. 워낙 잘 갖추어져 있는곳이라 3일동안 이곳에서 숙박하면서 불편함을 전혀 느끼지 못했습니다. 숙소 주변에 차가 다니지 않은것도 너무 마음에 들었고, 도보로 본의 모든 관광지를 다 둘러볼수 있었구,10분 거리에 대형마트가 있어서 그것도 굉장히 좋았어요^^ 다음에 독일에 또 올일이 있다면 재방문 100프로 !!

Аппарт отель в самом центре Бонна. Оборудование номера, чистота, постельное белье, кровать - все 10 баллов из 10. Но. До бронирования отеля нужно знать три вещи:
1. В отеле нет лифта. Есть четыре этажа и крутые узкие лестницы. Персонала нет.
2. Для входа в отель, номер и остальные помещения нужен смартфон и интернет.
3. После бронирования отеля (и полной, невозвращаемой оплаты), отель требует пройти регистрацию (через интернет). Для завершения регистрации требуется ввести реквизиты банковской карты. Накануне заезда отель снимает с карты городской налог. Вероятно, что если регистрация не будет завершена или отель не сможет снять с карты деньги, доступа в отель не будет. Учитывая, что рецепшен в отеле нет, а деньги за бронирование не возвращаются, можно потерять много нервов.
Если указанное выше для Вас не проблема - все остальное великолепно.

位置特別好，出門右拐二十米就是市政廳廣場，再穿過市政廳就是選帝侯宮，樓下的早餐店也很不錯，房間剛好夠一家人住，有廚房可自己做點吃的，特別是有洗衣房，可烘乾，這點很贊，房間很安靜，雖然離廣場很近，但窗户很給力，關上後完全沒聲音。

酒店位置絕佳，出門便是步行街，出行非常便捷，裝修精緻、整潔乾淨、做飯洗衣都很方便。酒店提供自助保存櫃，可暫存行李。聖誕入住期間還贈送了一瓶紅酒、巧克力，很暖心！過幾天回波恩繼續入住。

房間很乾凈，地點也很好，但是沒有電梯，有長者或者腿腳不方便的人慎選，另外入住的時候都是用郵件的連結給的鎖密碼，互聯網的小白慎選。另外酒店的早餐在網上最好不定，可以自己到樓下或者樓下往前走一點點的走咖啡館去旋早餐付費，否則收費一個賓客要12歐元有點不划算，不如自己點。
