"It was very strange for me that in this hotel, which positions itself as a 4-star hotel, the fitness room is open from 9:00 in the morning. Moreover, if there is no one in the room during the day, the keys to the room are given out at the reception. In other hotels in different countries and cities, fitness rooms are open from early morning so that guests can work out before breakfast, and in some, around the clock. The food leaves much to be desired - no greens, tasteless bakery products, pastries and potatoes, as well as finely chopped sausages floating in tomato sauce - it was as if the hoteliers of Brazil had conspired this time. The quality of the Wi-Fi also left much to be desired - it constantly "flew off" in the room."

"Good value for money hotel, close to the center of Bonito. There is parking, and the staff are very helpful in helping. Simple breakfast, but it meets our needs well, there are fruit and bread options every day. However, I found the accommodations a little worn and in need of some renovations, very different from the photos on the website. During my stay the weather was very cold, I felt the need for a more powerful shower, because the one in my room was not only very weak, but also didn't heat up, the Wi-Fi was also very intermittent, sometimes I preferred to use 4G. Other than that, there’s nothing so relevant!"

"We stayed at the inn for about 7 days and received excellent service. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the place is super quiet. All the staff were wonderful and make the inn a very pleasant place. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of variety. The only issue is this: if you don't have a car, this inn might not be the best option, as it's further from the city center and taxi and ride-sharing app fares aren't cheap."

"If you are going to Bonito, one of the 7 wonders of Brazil, you certainly wouldn't stay in this place. I bought a package deal with Bonitour Travel and they stuck me in this Camara Suites. Thankfully, I didn't stay and moved to a much better Pousada. The room had no windows, there was an unbelievable smell of chemicals which gave me a headache within 5 minutes from opening the room door. There was not a single shelf to put clothes on, or a wardrobe or anything. Only one ceiling lights, wall plugs not working. The pool looked more like a bathtub, the image on their website is misleading. The walls were dark, dirty, old with terrible floors, it was like a mortuary, very depressing to say the least. The corridors were like a hospital, just awful! I cannot imagine anyone wanting to stay there. Se você estiver indo para Bonito, uma das 7 maravilhas do Brasil, certamente não se hospedaria neste lugar. Comprei um pacote com a Bonitour Travel e eles me colocaram neste Camara Suites. Ainda bem que não fiquei e mudei para uma pousada bem melhor. O quarto não tinha janelas, havia um cheiro inacreditável de produtos químicos que me deu dor de cabeça 5 minutos depois de abrir a porta do quarto. Não havia uma única prateleira para colocar roupas, nem guarda-roupa, nem nada. Apenas uma luz de teto, buchas não funcionam. A piscina parecia mais uma banheira, a imagem no site deles é enganosa. As paredes eram escuras, sujas, velhas com pisos horríveis, parecia um necrotério, muito deprimente para dizer o mínimo. Os corredores pareciam um hospital, simplesmente horríveis! Não consigo imaginar ninguém querendo ficar lá. "

"Lovely garden and pool area. The grounds are well maintained and staff is friendly. Unfortunately not the rooms are in very poor state. Our first room smelled like pee!!! And the alternative room we got was smaller, was not sound insulated at all despite being close to the pool, was very dated and had a cold shower and an aircon unit with a mind of it's own. If the hotel would renovate the rooms this would be a great place to stay, and they could charge a premium too. Unfortunate experience."
