Lily Lake Village Resort

Long story short. Was suppose to have our wedding at this venue. Greg was nothing but terrible to deal with (as he is very unprofessional) Kept our deposit both for the venue and those who had booked a room (was cancelled due to covid). Asked to replan the event for the same day just different numbers for attendance, to only get told that there would be major extra costs because due to covid. How? I don't know.. Less staff needed for a 80% cut down wedding attendance. Didn't know hand sanitizer costs that much..... To then find out he was legally not allowed to be opened for that exact same day (that the wedding was originally planned for) because of safety codes being updated. I've never dealt with such a terrible manager. It saddens me because this is a local venue that all around would love to keep in business and support. But when you are essentially scamming people out of money, it's truly hard to try... (not just a small amount either)
