Ibis Styles Boleslawiec

It was a bad night because of the very loud noise from room next to us. They finished their party in room at almost 3 in the morning 😟

We so enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles Boleslawiec. The staff at the desk were pleasant and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to the town square. The shower was great, the air conditioning was refreshing, the unlimited water dispenser was a great idea, and the morning breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. We would recommend this hotel and would enjoy staying again when we're in the area.

Great experience. It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff and room were great.

This hotel is OK. It is not too far from the Markey Square and the rooms are reasonably comfortable. The breakfast could be better as they ran out of many items and it took a long time to replace them. There was a large group staying there and hey took most of the breakfast items. The comedy of errors involved room cleaning. Room cleaning on stays of more than 1 night is by request. I requested that my room be cleaned. It was not. When I complained , the hotel tried to apologise by offering me a complimentary drink. I requested a Mirinda. The front desk attendant brought a bottle to my room, but there was no bottle opener in my room nor did she bring one. She came back a few minutes later with a bottle opener.

We have been here three times so far and have never got disappointed with the service or atmosphere. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast includes something for everyone: from cereals through pancakes to a variety of ham/ sausages, salads or cheeses.

Hotel was great. It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good as well.
