Wadna Yi Sayram Lake

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance.

This hotel boasts a great location with lake views directly from the rooms – the scenery of Lake Sai is truly breathtaking and worth the visit. The hotel lobby perfectly complements the beautiful surroundings of Lake Sai! The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful. They even brought us an umbrella when it rained and delivered our laundry back to the room – so thoughtful! The rooms are very spacious, and with Wanda Hotels, you can always trust their cleanliness. Breakfast was also plentiful, making this trip enjoyable for both my wife and the kids!

The hotel environment is very new and well-maintained, quite clean, very comfortable, and the service is also excellent.

第一次來賽里木湖選擇住的酒店，性價比高房間乾淨舒適，衞生細節做得很乾凈。浴巾毛巾和浴袍都是消毒後用一次性包裝裝好的，對潔癖患者極度舒適！！早餐到11點，種類多。晚上出去打不到車酒店還安排了商務車接送，小哥哥人特別熱情。下次再來還會選擇住萬達頤華。對了，門口的湘菜也不錯哦

前台工作人員服務態度很好，酒店是新裝修的 有少許味道。不滿意的是配套硬件設施，晚上沒暖風，空調衹有吹風和冷風。 後來打前台電話等了很久給送了一個電暖風 殼還很臟。 這還對標亞朵S，希爾頓？這一路遊玩是頭一個碰到晚上沒暖風的，新疆早晚温差大不知道麼 尤其是賽里木湖，冷得第二天都鼻塞感冒了。讓你們工程部的好好修修吧

酒店是新的，設施非常好，洗衣房也乾淨通透，洗衣機又好用，數量又多，完全不用等，對長途旅行的人非常友好，早餐種類多。有西式的早餐。前台的加加小美女，還有一個戴圓邊框眼鏡的知性美女，熱情服務，使人倍感温暖。下次再來賽里木湖，還要住在這家。

位置絕佳就在景區附近，出行遊玩特別方便，靠着景區東門。酒店環境乾淨整潔，房間寬敞舒適，床品柔軟睡得很踏實。前台服務很熱情，辦理入住效率高。整體體驗很棒，來景區遊玩選這家很省心，推薦入住!

#衞生, 酒店非常新，大堂很漂亮，前台服務態度好，看到我帶了小朋友主動提供小童拖鞋和牙刷，還主動幫忙升級房間。
