Encountering the Sailimu Lake Campsite Center

I was so pleased that a staff member kindly upgraded me to a Star Room two days ago. The room itself was warm and spotlessly clean, and the complimentary amenities were excellent. I'll definitely be staying here again!

An unexpectedly delightful family luxury glamping experience – service and quality were both exceptional! We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease. During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids. Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust. Both the personalized and attentive service from the front desk and the exceptional quality and design of the room far surpassed our expectations. This is undoubtedly a hidden gem for family getaways, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit!

The room was very clean and had floor heating, perfect for the chilly weather at Saihu Lake. While the location isn't the closest to the lake among the campgrounds outside the park, it's still conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from the East Gate. You can order food at the campground restaurant, and the menu isn't extensive, but the chefs are skilled and the food is delicious. The campground service was very attentive, including informing you of your arrival time in advance, assisting with luggage delivery, preheating the room, and patiently answering any questions. The service was well worth the hotel price. We even won a gift box upon check-out, which was incredibly rewarding!

It was my first time staying at a campsite, and it was a refreshing experience. The wooden cabins we stayed in had floor heating and controlled temperature, as Sayram Lake can be quite cold in the mornings and evenings. The campsite offers a variety of room types. The front desk lady was very welcoming, helping with our luggage and offering suggestions for a more enjoyable lake cruise. Breakfast was also very good, though it was quite crowded. Overall, everything was excellent.

The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic and attentive, helping us deliver our luggage to the door of our room. Although Sailimu Lake was very cold, the hotel room was warm. We were very touched that the owner of the restaurant was about to close, but seeing that we hadn't eaten yet so late, he still let us order. The breakfast was also very, very rich. Since it was our first time here, the front desk staff also thoughtfully helped us with a travel guide after breakfast. The trip to Sailimu Lake was worth it.

As someone who's extremely picky about sleeping conditions, the first thing I noticed was how perfectly smooth the sheets were, wrinkle-free. The instant I lay down, the smooth feel of the premium cotton was palpable, and the duvet had the perfect loft. The hygiene was impeccable—I used my UV pen to carefully check the sheets, duvet cover, and even the bathroom corners, and they were completely spotless, even cleaner than many hospitals.
