the hot water is not too hot, tends to be cold. there is no mat in the bathroom, the towels are already shabby in color. the air conditioner is cold. when checking in, ask the receptionist to provide a bowl of spoon and fork, but until checking out they were not delivered, maybe the receptionist forgot.
