A very nice location with few issues to sort out..the service is really bad...Our complaints were not entertained one bit..only one shower head was working...we had to take turns to shower....the kitchen windows did not have blinds or curtain and one could see it was taken out few days ago...we were not given the arm bands to access the water park only when we returned to reception the lady told us she forgot...the food at the restaurant takes more than an hour to make...no apology or anything was offered after a long wait both at dinner and breakfast....had to go to reception to borrow the iron after numerous calls without success..the unit does not have numbers which took us a lot of time locating our room...overall service is a nightmare in such a nice resort... The water park is the best ever...we enjoyed the slides and the warm pool...besides the service I would definitely go back...

Thanking God for guiding us to Seasons Resort and Spa—what a blessing it was to spend our holiday there with my wife. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The resort truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved everything about our stay. The environment was peaceful, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was just right for quality time together. With the Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel, we were able to stay connected and maintain our usual routines without any issues—which made the stay even more comfortable. A special thanks to Madikana, the lovely gentlemen tucked just behind the office, who took us on a guided visit of the 8-sleeper lodges. His kindness and professionalism added a personal touch, and now we can't wait to return—this time with the whole family to enjoy the space and serenity together. This resort is more than just a holiday spot—it’s a place where memories are made. We’re grateful for every moment and already looking forward to our next stay.

From the moment I arrived at Seasons Resort and Spa, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout goes to Ellain at reception, who was an absolute gem—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She made check-in a breeze and set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable stay. The views? Breathtaking. I found myself captivated by the serene landscape and hands down, I experienced the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen. It felt like nature’s own masterpiece unfolding each evening. The unit I stayed in was immaculate and truly up to standard—clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. I felt right at home. Kudos to the management team, especially Amanda, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and guests felt well taken care of. Every moment at Seasons was a reminder of how rejuvenating a well-run retreat can be. I’ll definitely be back!

I would not call Seasons 4 star accommodation. I stayed in the hotel section for one night. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, there were hardly any amenities that you'd usually associate with a 4 star place. The breakfast was not good, pastries were stale. Overall, not a great night, especially for the price.

Seasons has new management and I must really commend them There were noisy neighbours who insisted on playing their music loudly . (Why people are so inconsiderate I have no idea) but Amanda the new manageress was onto it immediately. She said that we could call her any time night or day for anything ! We enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant , the facilities were excellent and the pools and grounds well maintained . All in all a great week . We will be back !!!

Poor Service The resort is not bad, however our private pool was covered and not working. When we asked the reception, they said they coming to fix it. After 2 hours and returning to speak to a manager he apologised and now asked if they could move us! Obviosly settled in we didnt want to move again. Just said sorry. No reductions in rate, or anything. Like they didnt really care.

From the reviews I read before arriving I had doubts about the property. But place was good, room exactly as shown in the pictures. Booked the spar and it was amazing with the hydro pool. They just need to recheck the prices for the alcohol in the property, it’s very expensive. Ohh need to keep an eye on the monkeys

Lovely fresh modern resort This hotel / resort is in a fantastic setting, natural life and greenery all around, and close to Hartebeespoort Dam. The staff are super friendly and went above and beyond. It's all newly built, the modern touch is a plus when many others feel stuck on a theme and dated. My room was spacious with an open bathroom, flat screen TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, overhead bedlights, air-conditioning etc. all great. The view from room 504's balcony was stunning. Daily housekeeping great - room always clean and tidy when I returned. One negative - the walls are thin and I coukd hear the neighbour's telly. The restaurant is large and modern serving good food at reasonable prices. Breakfast (included) is delish. All & all I'd recommend this place. Has all you need in a great setting with a modern design and at the time of staying (March 2025) reasonably priced too.
