We had an amazing time at the lodge. Excellent facilities, amazing & friendly staff. The Safari arrangements were very safe, secure and perfect. We even enjoyed a Kids’ friendly safari.
The food was provided timely and they always had vegetarian options for us.
Overall - highly recommend.

It was a real oasis of luxury and hospitality in the Pilanesberg National Park. ALL the staff were very friendly and attentive to guests needs. The food was good and varied including local dishes like an Impala Burger which was moist and tasty.

It rained both days we visited so we were not able to see the big five. We missed out on the lion and the cap Buffalo. The personal pool was low on water and filthy. Therefore, we were unable to utilize this. We also had a bottle of wine and some beer confiscated from us upon check-in, but we’re not notified until after we asked about it. This is something I felt they should’ve disclosed upon taking our wine and beer. We paid an extreme amount of money only to find out we could not use all the facilities. It was actually quite disappointing.

They are so friendly, respectful and super helpful. From reception staff, to waiters, to safari guides to ladies who looked after our rooms (cleaners). What an amazing service! Excellent

This is a fantastic game lodge, in a beautiful location next to the Pilanesberg National Park. We stayed in a new 2 bedroom suite, which had all the facilities we needed, including a private garden with splash pool. It was close to the center of the hotel, so we had easy access to all activities. The restaurant was excellent - great food and never a problem to get a table, despite the hotel being full. The restaurant service was excellent. The lounge, bar and reception were good for relaxing in after a game drive; all of the team were friendly, attentive and able to resolve any queries. We also ventured out on the Quad Bike trails; with a great guide, giving us the opportunity to visit local communities and understand the history of the local area. The game drives were very well organised (2 per day), with coffee served during the morning run and cocktails in the evening. The rangers were extremely knowledgeable and great communicators, ensuing we understood the history and welfare of the animals, as well as taking us to great locations to see/hear as many animals as possible. Our ranger was Offentce - he was so friendly and helpful - ensuring we had a fantastic time.
