Reception staff Very kind. I was lucky enough to have a large room which was very comfortable. Nothing negative except that the TV remote control was defective.

No working radiator, perhaps too rusty to function. We slept with our coats on Very noisy location with VMC and or Karcher engine noises all night long. Bed creaking with every movement

Given the number of cockroaches that were literally swarming under the desk when we returned we left the room in the middle of the night. Yuck!

The walls are dirty To change the towels they only came after 4 p.m. to change it

I do not recommend, security and cleanliness not at the top.

Decent hotel good value for money for short stay

I absolutely do not recommend.

The room was clean except at the bathroom level, we came back with water on the floor at the shower level, the rooms a little poorly insulated so the noise of people mating was systematic but aside that for a 2 night stay is good

Sheets not really clean disappointed

Hotel located next to a main road we hear the traffic all night, we had to leave the TV on to hide the outside noise. A towel available in the room for two people. In addition, the hotel made us pay for the room even though it had already been paid for on ctrip despite having stated that we had already paid, and unable to obtain a clear answer from the hotel. Fortunately ctrip has been responsive to resolve the problem to date while awaiting reimbursement from ctrip. The only positive is the king size bed but there were stains on the blanket/sheet.
